First Over Privileged White Guy Book Podcast, Episode One (1) with host Walter Hego (Body Type One), author of the Over Privileged White Guy Book, with panel members Gnosis (Body Type Four), who is the main researcher at Fellow One Research, and Sarah O'Sullivan (Body Type Two), teacher & musician. The Discussion focuses on The Four Body Types, specifically the Body Type One’s Classic Arch (both male and female bodies, see pictures below) and especially its effects on the lower vertebrae. Guest Panelist Sarah O’Sullivan opens up about her Body Type Two and it’s lack of the Arch relative to her lumbar vertebrae and the correlation between her lack of lumbar vertebrae extension and thus lack of spinal extension/posture in the lumbar area of her body which goes hand-in-hand with her lack of specific lumbar muscle development in relation to each of those individual lumbar vertebrae. Discussion includes obesity and an overview of the lower chakras, how charkra one is male energy, chakra two is female energy, and charkra three involves self-confidence and the enteric brain/gut feeling. Second Over Privileged White Guy Book, Podcast Episode Two (2) with host Walter Hego (Body Type One), author of the Over Privileged White Guy Book, with panel member Gnosis (Body Type Four), who is the main researcher at Fellow One Research. The Discussion focuses on the spectrum of Female & Male, Feminine & Masculine, and Female Energy & Male Energy and how it relates to The Four Body Types. Details include a multitude of interesting variables, including right and left hemisphere of the human brain (thanks to “Split Brain” theory Noble Prize winning neurobiologist and researcher Roger Wolcott Sperry), the endocrine system (testosterone and estrogen), and the soul & soul energy in relation to why there are so many different types of human beings. Like why there are some males who are very masculine and lack female energy, some males who are very feminine and lack male energy, some males who are a nice balance of both male/masculine/male energy and female/feminine/female energy, some females who are very feminine and lack male energy, some females who are very masculine and lack female energy, some females who are a nice balance of both female/feminine/female energy and male/masculine/male energy, and all the types of human beings inbetween. The discussion also mentions how we humans really do not know much about anything, including diet and weight-loss/obesity, gut/microbiome, posture, memory, gravity, aging, and cancer, to name only a few things, as our modern science is not even 100 years old yet and is still really in its’ infancy/young/incipient stages. Yet too many ignorant and arrogant unscientific people claim they know most everything about everything, including that there is no evidence for the soul and reincarnation (see below for more information). Third Over Privileged White Guy Book Podcast, Episode Three (3) with host Walter Hego (Body Type One), author of the Over Privileged White Guy Book, with panel member Gnosis (Body Type Four), who is the main researcher at Fellow One Research. The discussion focuses on the serious issues that white privilege presents in America including white nationalism and white supremacy. With racism and institutional racism along with gendersim, sexism, and other forms of discrimination, inequality, and unfairness as well as sexual harassment being prevalent in American culture to this very day, it is vital that Americans in general genuinely recognize America's tainted, broken past and present, including slavery. Movements like #BlackLivesMatter and #MeToo stimulate and galvanize long overdue change helping to achieve to a more fair, equal, and balanced culture and society. However, the slowness, especially of white people in general, to accept the reality of white privilege and discrimination has perpetrated a real lack of true change over the years which has only exacerbated the brokenness of our culture and society. This, in turn, has led to an explosion of confusion and difficulty, creating an even wider gap in understanding and communication between no less than different races, genders, and sexual orientations. The discussion also mentions how white privilege, ignorance, and arrogance must be overcome with awareness, knowledge, honesty, and action. These are the solutions that must be presented in our educational systems as early on as possible, so young people especially, but really as many people as possible regardless of age can better understand the issues of white privilege, inequality, and unfairness overall along with climate change and the like to make better, more informed decisions in their lives. Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) book podcast Episode Four (4) with host Walter Hego (Body Type One), author of the Over Privileged White Guy Book, and panel member Gnosis (Body Type Four), who is the main researcher at Fellow One Research. The discussion focuses on the skinny fat phenomenon, AKA normal weight obesity, which is due in large part to a lack of muscle mass in the specific body type. Usually occurring in weaker Body Types Two through Four, this phenomenon typically becomes especially noticeable when the person gains a lot of weight thus becoming very obese, and then loses that weight revealing skinny fat areas on their body that lack muscle mass (areas which were always there, most times they just did not become obviously noticeable until after the person became obese). These areas can also include sagging skin and loose skin. Moreover, these same types of people/body types have stronger tendencies to ride the obesity roller coaster ride, gaining weight and losing weight and then gaining weight and then losing weight and on and on in their goal of weight maintenance and management. They do not know that to successfully stop the roller coaster ride they must properly put on muscle mass relative to the areas of their specific body/body type that are lacking it and vertebrae extension/posture. The discussion also mentions lifestyle, diet, and metabolism, how these relate to all of this and play a key role, especially metabolism, in helping burn fat and calories to keep the weight off. It also reviews how weaker Body Types Two through Four deal with the skinny fat phenomenon and handle activities like yoga, sports, mountainous hiking, walking and other similar physically demanding activities. Furthermore, the discourse looks at how resistance weightlifting, isometrics, and cardio/aerobic exercise can help in dealing with and healing the lack of muscle mass. Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) book podcast Episode Five (5) with host Walter Hego (Body Type One), author of the Over Privileged White Guy Book, and panel member Gnosis (Body Type Four), who is the main researcher at Fellow One Research. The discussion focuses on Soul Energy, Star Power (talent, ability, skill), and IT Factor (charisma/charm and presence) as they relate to fame, holding the energy, and being able to stand the heat, i.e. "if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen", and all of these things relative to body type, muscle mass, fat, and obesity. A main point of topic is an actor friend of Walter's who shows all the signs of having the Soul Energy, Star Power, and IT Factor to be a famous celebrity/Hollywood star. When she is around friends and amongst harmonious situations, she shines ultra-bright with plenty of quality talent, skill, and ability as well as abundant charisma/charm and presence to own the room. Yet, when she goes to a Hollywood audition and is in front of Hollywood agents, directors, producers, casting agents, and the like she just cannot perform as well -- she is overacting or underacting; noticeably unbalanced and out of sync in some way and not landing the parts she really has the potential to get. Her body type, most probably a strong Body Type Two (one of The Four Body Types), is discussed along with a debate about how her body type - including lack of muscle mass which favors poor posture and weak vertebrae development while becoming fat and obese - affects her presence, charisma, and capability, or incapability, to hold the energy and stand the heat versus the possibility of a lack of overall talent, ability, and skill. The conversation closes with banter about social media and the closed-minded, offense-driven nature of the social media world including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. It climaxes with how honest people with open-minds and an actual interest in discussing real problems and subjects found in the Over Privileged White Guy book to find equally real solutions for a sustainable future are welcome and encouraged to participate in the podcast, on the website, and even on social media. This week's Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) book podcast Episode Six (6) talks about Why Body Type Matters & Muscle Mass with host Walter Hego (Body Type One), author of the Over Privileged White Guy Book, and panel member Gnosis (Body Type Four), who is the main researcher at Fellow One Research. The discussion focuses on why body type matters, why The Four Body Types are so important. Understanding genetics, muscle mass, and posture (vertebrae and spinal extension) are vital to genuinely comprehending how a specific body type affects day-to-day living including metabolism, the brain, and the enteric brain. Life is hard, and each specific, individual human being’s ability to function in daily life is directly affected and influenced by their body type. All human bodies have the main 650 muscles at birth, but not all human bodies have those muscles fully developed with full muscle mass thanks to no less than genes. The less muscle mass one has, the lesser the body type. Less muscle/muscle mass means a diminished ability to hold the energy/stand the heat in everyday real-life situations. The human body will naturally begin to fill its space as the years pass and the body ages. If the body is lacking muscle mass, and that lacking proper muscle mass is not correctly added to the body, then the body will naturally fill in with fat and become obese. Especially very early on in life, it can be much more difficult to tell a Body Type One apart from a Body Type Two. But as the human body ages, a Body Type Two will have higher tendencies to put on fat weight anywhere on the body where it is lacking muscle which in turn leads to obesity. It will also become harder and harder to keep that fat weight off as the years pass unless proper muscle/muscle mass is added to any areas of the body that are indeed lacking muscle mass. Ever wondered why so many A-list stars age so well (Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Beckinsale, Rob Lowe, Elizabeth Hurley, George Clooney, Keanu Reeves, etc.) while most/the vast majority of average people do not? Genes play a huge role and Body Type Matters! Gnosis uses the example of a professional sports athlete (MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, etc.) versus an average athlete participating in recreational sports; that there are very discernable and definable differences between the two and that those differences are due in large part to body type and muscle/muscle mass. Professional athletes have very little if any lack of muscle/muscle mass, as the vast majority are Body Type Ones. And the few pro athletes who are Body Type Twos see very little if any company from Body Type Threes or Fours, especially at the highest levels of being/the highest levels of professional athletic competition. Why? Because Body Type Matters! ==================================================== 1) Growing Evidence of the Importance of Muscle Mass and Why Body Type Matters Muscle Mass, Fluid Intelligence/Holding the Energy/Standing the Heat & Why Body Type Matters New emerging scientific evidence is shedding more light on the negative health effects of stomach/visceral fat, the enteric brain, and the “spare tire” that many people experience – a condition that is readily found in Body Type Two, Body Three, and Body Type Four bodies. Body types with the “spare tire” effect are proving to be less mentally sharp, less able to hold the energy or stand the heat in real-life situations, as evidenced by lack of fluid intelligence – reasoning, thinking and problem-solving skills – especially directly in the moment/while thinking on one’s feet. 2) Study Suggests That Higher Body Fat Could Make Brain Age Faster, But Muscle Protects Against It Cutting-edge scientific evidence offers a new perspective on the negative health effects that obesity can have on the brain. A correlation has been identified linking excess fat to reduced brain lifespan. Yet when proper muscle mass is present the data is showing that muscle protects the brain against expedited aging. Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) book Podcast Episode Seven Reader Question Edition #1 is in micro-podcast format and addresses a reader question from Aarion Browne who lives in the Washington D.C./Maryland area. The OPWG Reader Question #1 focuses on Body Type, Muscle Mass, and Discrimination with open-minded, engaging conversation between Gnosis, the main Fellow One Research researcher, and Mr. Browne. The discussion centers on Mr. Browne’s multi-faceted question about The Four Body Types definitions and expresses multiple concerns about the definitions themselves. One of the main concerns is whether the body type definitions are science theory or fact and what is their relevance in general, including muscle mass and posture. Another main concern about the body type definitions, assuming they are valid and real, is how they can and most probably will be used dishonestly by at least some people to pinhole, stereotype, and discriminate against other people, which will only negatively add to the white privilege, racism, and discrimination that are rampant across America. The final concern, which is really more of a clarification, is whether a body type can change and heal. As the discourse winds through each point, Gnosis’ detailed explanations of the extensive research done and data gathered on body type, muscle mass, posture/spinal extension, vertebra(e), skinny fat/thin fat, enteric brain/”Gut Feeling”, and such for the past two decades are what logically and organically led to The Four Body Type Definitions. Aarion Browne‘s input and perspective help round out an interesting exchange. Both agree that honestly evolving one’s point of view and perspective while strengthening awareness, understanding, and knowledge through no less than common sense, logic, and reason, as well as the latest scientific facts and evidence, is the key to reducing racism, sexism, genderism, discrimination and unfairness & inequality overall to make the world a better place. Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) Book Podcast - Episode Eight Reader Question Edition #2 is in micro-podcast format and addresses a reader question from Evette Weiss who lives in New York. OPWG Book Podcast Episode Eight, Reader Question #2 focuses on muscle mass, posture, diet, exercise, and lifestyle relative to Ms. Weiss's Body Type Two and underdeveloped muscle in what she has roughly identified as ranging from thoracic vertebra seven (7) to lumbar vertebra three (3). The discussion centers on what diet, exercise and lifestyle advice Gnosis can offer to help improve her muscle mass and posture (spinal extension) in that T7 to L3 vertebrae range. Starting things off with diet advice, and to some extent lifestyle advice, Gnosis points our that diet is very tricky as genes/genetics, body type, lifestyle, and other variables play into things, but that after years of trying many different types of diets (Paleo, Atkins, Keto, Vegan, Low-Carb, Low-Fat, Fasting Diet, etc.) that he now loosely follows the Blue Zone Mediterranean Diet. He goes on to mention his heavily organic and vegetarian based omnivore diet while honing in on clean food and drink as well as nutrition and nutrients including protein, carbohydrates (carbs), vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fats, fiber, and the like to keep his body as healthy and balanced as possible. He also clarifies his exercise routines further, which involves both cardio and resistance training (weightlifting and isometrics). The conversation then turns to Evette's identification of the three body types - ectomorph, endomorph, and mesomorph - as well as the hormone body types, and how she does not resonate with any of them. She points out that her Body Type Two is still skinny fat in her stomach area in relation to the T7 to L3 vertebrae and her general posture and she requests any exercise advice that can be offered to improve muscle mass. Gnosis puts forward several ideas on how she can safely improve the muscle mass for those vertebrae and her overall posture. Over Privileged White Guy (OPWG) Book Podcast - Episode Nine Reader Question Edition #3 is in micro-podcast format and addresses a reader question from Heather Purdon who lives in Tennessee. OPWG Book Podcast Episode Nine, Reader Question #3 focuses on muscle mass, posture, & skinny fat relative to Ms. Purdon's Body Type Two and undeveloped or underdeveloped muscle in what she has roughly identified as ranging from cervical vertebrae C3-C5 and lumbar vertebra L3-L5. The discussion revolves around Ms. Purdon's significant time partaking in martial arts in her earlier years and how that time led to her having more of a Body Type One. This was evident by the fat that she had experienced all of her life in her thighs and lower abdomen, as well as the fat in her shoulders, all of it turning into muscle during those years of doing rigorous, consistent martial arts. Yet, once she retired from martial arts and stopped the routine, the repetitive exercise, the fat returned to the very same areas as before. This led her to question if she had fixed her vertebrae, missing muscle mass, and posture (spinal extension) properly, would her body have done a better of maintaining the muscle/muscle mass she added during those short-term martial arts years, and not gone back to being fat in the long-term. Gnosis answers with a resounding yes, if the muscle mass had been added properly she would have maintained more muscle and less would have turned back to fat. What does properly adding the muscle mass mean? To properly add the muscle mass, she would need to add the muscle relative to the everyday use of her body and all the vertebrae in her body that are lacking development and muscle mass. Less muscle mass is lost over time the more the muscle, all of it throughout the body, that is used naturally, normally in day-to-day activity. Properly fixing posture and adding the missing muscle mass to each vertebra that is undeveloped or underdeveloped is key. If the muscle mass is added solely through repetition and routine, as soon as that repetition and routine stops, the muscle mass begins to deteriorate relatively quickly because it is not actually used naturally during each day. Building the muscle mass and fixing the posture correctly, including walking right, is the key to successfully strengthening body type in the long run.
