Order a home inspection-Always order a home inspection to make sure that there are no huge red flags with your potential home! Your agent can help you navigate the negotiations on repairs and let you know what is worth cancelling over!6. Close on your home, Get the Keys and MOVE IN!-Make sure you have a good home insurance binding..-Make sure to file for Homestead Exemption for Taxes..-Try your best to get a Home Warranty from the Seller.. 2021 has by far been one of the hardest real estate markets for new homebuyers.One of the scariest contingencies to deal with is the appraisal contingency. In order to win a home these days it really seems like you have to just throw a number out there and hope the appraisal comes back so that you are not throwing money out of pocket when it comes to closing.
