Order a home inspection-Always order a home inspection to make sure that there are no huge red flags with your potential home! Your agent can help you navigate the negotiations on repairs and let you know what is worth cancelling over!6. Close on your home, Get the Keys and MOVE IN!-Make sure you have a good home insurance binding..-Make sure to file for Homestead Exemption for Taxes..-Try your best to get a Home Warranty from the Seller..
