The Abundance Journey: Accelerating Revenue With An Abundance Mindset
The life you want may not be blocked by a lack of knowledge. It may be waiting for your nervous system to feel safe enough to receive it.In this expansive conversation, Elaine welcomes Sam Kukathas, creator of Neuro-Resonance Optimisation™ and founder of Soul Purpose Leaders, to explore how sound, consciousness, words, and nervous system coherence can help release inherited patterns and reconnect you with the wholeness of who you truly are. Sam shares the deeply personal turning point that moved him from more than two decades in philosophy and legal scholarship into energy work, sound transmission, and his soul's mission. You'll discover why even highly successful people can remain constrained by unintegrated fear, how the body reveals what is ready to be witnessed, and a simple process for sensing your capacity to receive what you intend to create. This episode invites you to stop treating healing as another task to complete and begin experiencing it as a practice of presence, self-trust, and continual recalibration.Topics Covered0:00 When the nervous system carries the weight of the past2:45 Why sound and resonance can shift your experience6:42 Intention: Using focused sound to support coherence8:19 From grief and rock bottom to a new life mission13:04 Abundance as freedom and the wholeness of who you are15:48 What visionary leaders carry beneath success17:44 How sound, words, and energetic transmission work together20:25 Why the right word can change what you receive24:40 Alignment may change the goal you thought you wanted29:27 A practical process for revealing what is holding you back33:40 Resonance OS and the power of conscious co-creation38:37 Freedom as a practice of continual remembranceKey Takeaways (Skimmable Wins)Your nervous system may be protecting an earlier version of you even when your present life is safe and successful.Abundance is more than money; it is freedom, wholeness, and connection with the Divine intelligence within you.The body, recurring thoughts, and emotionally charged words can reveal what is asking to be witnessed and integrated.Alignment can dissolve the need to strive, prove, or pursue a goal that no longer reflects your soul's direction.Resonance is not a destination. It is a practice of returning to remembrance and receiving at deeper levels.Step-by-Step Process SharedSam's Resonance and Self-Witnessing PracticeName what you want to create → Connect with the desire or vision that wants to emerge.Sense your capacity to receive it → Notice whether your whole system feels like a yes or whether something pulls back.Locate the resistance → Feel where it appears in the body or identify the recurring thoughts, fears, and concerns.Write and speak the words → Witness the pattern and listen for emotional charge or language that feels inherited or out of character.Meet the part with presence → Ask what this part wanted to experience or did not receive, then welcome the inner conversation without judgment.Listen closely to the episode for Sam's lived examples and his reminder to let each step be its own gift rather than another item on a to-do list.Questions Answered in This EpisodeCould unresolved emotional patterns be limiting your ability to receive what you consciously desire? What turned Sam's path from philosophy and legal scholarship toward healing through sound and resonance? How can you identify the fears, thoughts, or bodily tension connected to a vision you want to create? How does Sam define abundance, freedom, and connection with the wholeness of who we are? What simple practice can help you witness yourself without judgment and rebuild trust with your nervous system?Pull Quotes (1–3)“Abundance is connecting with the wholeness of who we are and allowing infinite intelligence to wake up to itself.”“Self-love is being willing to be present for yourself so your nervous system can trust you again.”“The greatest gift you could give is to experience who you truly are for yourself.”Free Gift Experience Resonance OS: Visit ResonanceOS.io to experience a free transmission and begin dissolving what has been keeping you from embodying the abundance you already know is yours.Share what you Loved and what you Learned from this episode to download the Spiritual Alignment & Conscious Actions Guide — your roadmap to reconnect with The Divine, raise your vibration, and live as the woman your soul designed you to be.https://resonanceos.iohttps://www.TheAbundanceJourney.com/Contact — click Share My Thoughts and complete the form to receive your guide automatically.Resources Mentioned in This EpisodeResonance OS — Free transmission and conscious technology platform: https://resonanceos.ioSoul Purpose Leaders — Sam's work with visionary founders, investors, and changemakers: https://soulpurposeleaders.com/Neuro-Resonance Optimisation™ — Sam's sound-based approach to nervous system and cellular coherence. The Abundance Journey episode video: https://youtu.be/yp9GtepyGGoThe Abundance Journey podcast episode: https://player.captivate.fm/episode/559f7a98-7c90-4420-91d8-6ff6c95f03cb/About the GuestSam Kukathas is the creator of Neuro-Resonance Optimisation™ (NRO) and the founder of Soul Purpose Leaders. He works privately with a small number of visionary founders, investors, and changemakers, supporting them to collapse the time between their vision and its real-world embodiment. The Liberated Life - Set Yourself Free in Business and Pleasure
This is the 100th episode of The Liberated Life. A hundred conversations about freeing yourself from what quietly drains you — and this one is about the thing underneath all of them: closing what needs an ending. One morning I went live, said what I came to say — and then couldn't find the button to end it. The control was hidden behind something else on the screen. So I did what capable, overwhelmed people do with the things they can't figure out how to close: I shut the laptop and hoped it had ended itself in the background. It didn't. It kept running. Still live, still draining — even after I looked away. That hidden button has a name. It's an open loop: a conversation, a promise, a decision, or a commitment that needed an ending and didn't get one. In this episode, I walk through what Open Loops are, why they cost you far more than their size, and how to close one. In this episode: • Why the things we walk away from keep running in the background • What an Open Loop actually is — and why a five-minute task can take up five days of your head • The four types: task, decision, relational (the "Unspoken Broken"), and self • How Open Loops get created (a late-night FaceTime from Australia taught me mine) • CLOSE — a simple way to close a loop on purpose: Capture, Locate, Observe, Speak, End/Evolve/Honor • PEACE — how to have the conversation when the loop is between you and someone else You don't have to overhaul your life. Pick your loudest Open Loop. Close it. That's where your energy comes back. Free tools at closetheloopsnow.com — a short quiz on how you communicate under pressure, the Close One Loop walkthrough, and the Difficult Conversation Simulator (try.pplskillz.com) to practice the conversation before you have it. From Robin Quinn Keehn, author of Stop Stealing From Yourself. If this resonated, there's probably an open loop of your own worth closing. My free Close the Loop tool walks you through it in about 15 minutes — a gentle place to start.

In my previous conversation with Danielle Evans, one of the things she said has stuck with me ever since: remember your intrinsic well-being. To me, this means we have a memory deep inside us that knows we are essentially well and whole. Our body, mind, and spirit can come together to help us re-member the far flung places of ourselves that have forgotten our deepest self's perfection. The intention for this labyrinth walk is to release what blocks our ability to remember our intrinsic well-being, open to our essential health and wholeness, and return, walking in our own true well-being. Because remembering is an act of bringing forward something we once knew, we are going to connect with our back body, which is connected to our past.Join me in Chartres, France for Hidden Things: Pilgrimage to Chartres Cathedral, October 3-10, 2026. www.jessgoulding.com/pilgrimagePaid subscribers to Room to Evolve on Substack can download and print the Labyrinth Walk Companion Guide. The Dad Edge Podcast (formerly The Good Dad Project Podcast)
Gary John Bishop is the New York Times bestselling author behind Unfuk Yourself* and Stop Doing That Sht*, with seven books and millions of copies sold, and his new release Now What out this month. In this episode Larry opens the doors to an exclusive Q&A Gary did inside the Dad Edge Business Boardroom Brotherhood, where business owners brought him their real, unfiltered questions. Three men bring their hardest challenges to the table: grief and a 20-year marriage at a crossroads, the daily collapse between what you plan and what you actually do, and the fear of losing a business that follows you home to your kids. If you're a business owner who says one thing and does another, or who's been quietly sacrificing family for a fear you haven't named, this conversation will hit you where you live. Timeline Summary [1:02] – Larry introduces this exclusive Boardroom Q&A and why he brings in high level guests monthly [3:30] – Gary is introduced as the bestselling author of seven books and a friend since 2018 [5:38] – Slade opens with losing his father, rebuilding a career, and a 20-year marriage at a crossroads [8:20] – Gary challenges the idea that you lose anything when someone dies [8:57] – Your life as a conversational domain and why your father still exists inside it [13:12] – The question that changes a marriage: what are the conversations actually about? [16:02] – Why calling his dad a "degenerate gambler" was costing Slade more than he knew [18:35] – Alan asks how to stay focused when the day falls apart by 10am [20:39] – The real issue is integrity: you say and then you don't do [21:23] – Would you trust a man who never keeps his word? You're doing it to yourself [24:17] – Gary doubles his revenue target for no reason other than he said he would [29:26] – You're not detaching from emotion, you're recognizing you're attached to it [31:14] – Blake on the fear that not answering the phone will cost him his business [33:26] – Every company is organized around the fears of its founder [37:39] – "This is not appropriate to this space" and how to shut work off at home [45:05] – Ciprian asks how to stop building the present on a broken past [49:01] – Nobody cut you off in traffic: how automatic language creates your world [53:04] – Husserl's bracketing: set the story aside and be in wonder of what's there 5 Key Takeaways Your Life Is a Conversational Domain — The people you've lost still exist in the conversations you have and the way you speak about them. Locate them somewhere that nurtures you instead of somewhere labeled loss. Integrity Is Honoring Your Word — Integrity isn't morality, it's treating what you say like it matters. If you routinely say and then don't do, you've trained yourself to be unreliable to yourself. Your Business Runs On Your Fear — Every company is organized around the fears of its founder. If you're taking calls at the dinner table, look at what you're actually committed to versus what you say you're committed to. The Language Is Creating the World — Calling something a struggle instead of a challenge, or your father a degenerate instead of a man who gambled, isn't description. It's construction, and you'll live inside whatever you build. Bracket the Story and Declare Something New — You don't have to fix the past. Set it aside, declare who you are right now, and ask what that person would obviously do next. Links & Resources Episode shownotes — https://thedadedge.com/1504 Join the Dad Edge Alliance — https://thedadedge.com/join Dad Edge Boardroom Goal Setting Intensive — https://thedadedge.com/goals Enjoyed This Episode? If Gary's line about every company being organized around the fears of its founder made you sit up, sit with it a while. Send this to a business owner who's been sacrificing his family for a fear he hasn't named yet, and ask yourself where you say one thing and do another. If the show keeps delivering, follow, rate, and leave a review so more men can find these conversations.
I went out to play disc golf yesterday, and I kept losing focus on the game. My mind wandered off down every side trail in the woods. This Monday's episode follows a few of those trails. We start with the poem you think you know. “The Road Not Taken” gets read as an anthem for bold nonconformists, but read the middle again: the two roads “equally lay in leaves no step had trodden black.” There was no road less traveled, not really. Frost isn't describing a choice. He's describing the story he already knows he'll tell about it, “with a sigh,” years from now. The difficulty is the choice. But underneath it is a harder thing: knowing where you're actually standing when you make it.From there we get lost on purpose. The way some languages orient by north and south instead of left and right, and how our ancestors located their very identity in place. Satoshi Kon's Perfect Blue and the terror of losing your self coordinates entirely. And the strange argument between Walt Whitman, who blessed the multitudes we contain, and Gurdjieff, who sat with a more accusatory tone toward those same sleepwalking multitudes. What I carried out of the woods were three questions: What are we actually, consciously choosing? Why do we spend so much energy distracting ourselves from ourselves? And why is it so hard to know who we are?And one small piece of permission, which is what we do here on Mondays. You don't have to travel both roads, catch every fleeting thought, or unify the crowd inside you into one tidy self. You only have to remember yourself among them. Be the quiet one who watches the parade without climbing aboard every float. That's the fixed point. That's what it means to locate yourself.Listen above. Then, if you want, reply and tell me your one fixed point, the thing you orient by when everything else is just trees. The Difficulty lands Mondays (the long walk), Thursdays, and Saturdays. If this located something in you, subscribe and forward it to one person who's feeling turned around. More at chadprevost.com. This is a public episode. Now the radio propagation report, compiled by G0KYA, G3YLA and G4BAO on Thursday the 9th of July 2026. We have had another week of mixed HF propagation. We started with a Kp index of 6.33 on Saturday the 4th of July which was caused by a coronal mass ejection, or CME. This caused a strong G3 geomagnetic storm and auroral conditions. A check on the bands on the 4th of July showed poor HF propagation with lower maximum useable frequencies, or MUFs, and weak and watery signals from the NCDXF beacons on 14.100MHz. But conditions have since improved and we had a Kp index of less than 3 over the past few days which means the ionosphere has returned to normal. Meanwhile, the solar flux index declined from a high of 203 on Thursday the 2nd of July to a low of 116 on Wednesday the 8th of July. That's quite a change and means that HF propagation has declined somewhat. An Earth-facing coronal hole has now passed with few effects and currently there is nothing of significance rotating into view. Solar flare activity has also declined with only two M-class flares over the past three days. So, the big question is: what happens next? Active region 4482 on the Sun continues to be a major threat. A solar flare and accompanying CME could soon ruin our chances of good HF conditions. The declining solar flux index hasn't helped either. Again, NOAA predicts the solar flux index will be in the 120 to 145 range over the coming week with a Kp index of 2 to 3. So, good news overall. DX to be worked this week includes D73G on Ch'ongsan Island; T22TT from Tuvalu; TY5FR in Benin; RT9K, the Arctic Legends IOTA DXpedition; JK1HFB/JD1 in Ogasawara, OX3LX from Greenland; and VP5G operating from Turks and Caicos. And now the VHF and up propagation news from G3YLA and G4BAO The weather is becoming a talking point in terms of the heatwave developing over much of the country, but especially in the south. This has propagation implications too. It's all being driven by a large area of high pressure, which for much of the coming week resides to the north and west of the British Isles. This will give a north-easterly breeze over the south-eastern half of the UK which means it will be blowing in from the North Sea, possibly with areas of low cloud at times. The propagation implication is that this represents almost ideal tropo potential. This is especially the case when the low cloud moves inland and we find a marked contrast between the hot dry air above the inversion and the cool, moist and shallow cloud layer below. However, in high summer the daytime heating over the land degrades the lift during the morning as the temperature inversion gets broken down by the strong sunshine. Northern areas will see the occasional weakening front clip the northwestern fringes of the UK to offer up the only rain scatter prospects available at first. However, some models are starting to suggest a breakdown by the end of the week, so more rain scatter and an end to the tropo. The prospects for aurora depend upon the Kp index, which at the moment is mostly cycling between 1 and 3. This is not anything to generate radio interest, for which a Kp index of 7 is nearer the mark. Meteor showers are still in the random state with the next shower, the Delta Aquarids, coming late in the month. The Sporadic-E season is doing well this year, particularly for digital modes. There have also been events for CW and SSB up to 2m at times. However, not all parts of the country experience an opening, so watch the clusters for early notice of workable paths. EME now, and declination reaches maximum today, the 12th, so Moon window lengths will peak along with maximum Moon elevation. Path losses are still falling, until perigee tomorrow, the 13th. 144MHz sky noise is moderate until Tuesday the 14th when the Sun and Moon are close in the sky, then low for the rest of the week. And that's all from the propagation team this week.

Weight on the feet is one of the three key concepts for rowing and sculling mastery. How it's a key transition point in the stroke cycle and the giant advantages for crews who can all get there at the same time. Timestamps 01:00 Weight on the feet This can be hard to understand how to do weight on the feet. After learning how to do this you will learn slide control (stop rushing) and how to move your body in time with the hull of the boat. Learn how to slow down the boat speed less on the recovery - your speed is the net of power phase acceleration and recovery phase deceleration. 03:00 How to locate weight on the feet Sit on a hard chair and take your two forefingers and put them under yourself and find the "sit bones" which is the ischial tuberosity. It will crush your fingers a bit. While your fingers are there, rock forwards and back with a straight spine. If you are using your pelvis to rock you'll feel the sit bones moving over your fingers. Note if you curve your spine and don't rock from the pelvis, the sit bones do not move over your fingers. 05:00 Find weight on the feet Stand up from your chair (sit on the very front of the seat to to this). As you stand up you will rock your shoulders forwards and feel pressure through your socks and shoes onto the floor. In order to push through your feet in rowing you have to get your body mass rocked forward and your hips pivoted. Get your hands and arms straight and your body rocked forward then bend your knees a little and you will feel pressure on the soles of your feet. This is "weight on the feet". The leaning forwards is an important part of the sequence because it's hard to get weight on the feet when leaning backwards. Get the feeling of weight on the feet by clenching your glute muscles. At the finish, tighten your glutes which helps you to locate your sit bones on the seat, then straighten your arms and when they cannot straighten any more - the shoulders naturally follow and your legs bend till you feel you can push on your feet. This may be at one quarter slide or half slide - it depends on your flexibility. You HAVE to get your shoulders forward, if you do not do this you will find it harder to locate pressure on your feet. The glute engagement connects your back and legs like a door hinge. Soggy glute muscles means you don't get the connection or the transition of body weight forward successfully. 09:00 The key transition point When you have your feet pressed into the foot stretcher, it's an important transition point in the rowing and sculling stroke. Weight on the feet is the moment when you move from tension to deep relaxation in the stroke cycle. You stay relaxed until the oar goes into the water at the catch. With deep relaxation you have very deep muscle relaxation in your legs and you can remove all tension from your body (while maintaining poise in your posture). Elite rowers work hard because they give themselves extreme relaxation and "turn off" muscles when they are not needed - this means they don't get tired so quickly. At weight on the feet your oars should be off the water in a high balance position (shafts horizontal to the water surface), controlling the blades with your hands. The control of the oars and your body means you are able to relax your body and prepare early for the next catch. Weight on the feet is one of the 4 key concepts we teach in our Sculling Intensive course. https://fastermastersrowing.com/member-register/sculling-intensive/ The advantages for crews "From Frustration to Flow" using the four quarters method taught by Richard Parr - learn how to do this quarter in his masterclass webinar. https://fastermastersrowing.com/member-register/frustration-to-flow/ Once you can handle weight on the feet you can do three things 1- better prepare for the catch. blade entry 2 - further control the balance on the recovery 3 - manage wind/waves better

https://teachhoops.com/ Rebounding is often called a "hustle stat," but elite coaches know it is actually a high-level technical skill. In this session, we break down why your team might be losing the "Glass War" despite having height. The secret lies in the Transition of Vision. Most players make the mistake of watching the ball from the moment it leaves the shooter's hand. Championship rebounding requires the opposite: as soon as the shot goes up, you must "lose the ball" and "find the body." If you aren't making contact within the first second of the flight of the ball, you have already lost the rebounding position. 1. Locate, Hit, and Fetch Popularized by coaches like Tom Izzo, this three-step process is the non-negotiable standard for any defensive possession. Locate: Find your man immediately. Do not look at the rim. Hit: Use your forearm or "rear" to initiate contact. This stops their momentum and gives you leverage. Fetch: Only after contact is made do you "release" to pursue the ball with two hands. 2. The "Sitting" Leverage Rebounding is won from the ground up. We teach our players to "get low to get big." By assuming a "sitting" position during the box-out, you lower your center of gravity, making it nearly impossible for an offensive player to push you under the hoop. As we often discuss in our TeachHoops member calls, Leverage > Height. A 6'0" guard who is lower than a 6'8" forward will win the position 80% of the time. 3. Chinning the Ball and the Outlet Securing the rebound is only half the battle. Once the ball is in your hands, you must "Chin It"—holding the ball firmly under your chin with elbows out to protect it from "strippers." From there, the focus shifts to the Pivot and Outlet. To jump-start your transition offense, your rebounders must pivot away from the baseline and find the outlet at the "sideline-extended" position. Basketball rebounding keys, box-out drills, Tom Izzo rebounding, defensive rebounding technique, offensive rebounding strategy, high school basketball, youth basketball, basketball IQ, coach development, athletic leadership, "Hit Find Fetch," basketball fundamentals, chinning the ball, outlet pass, coach unplugged, teach hoops, basketball success, mental toughness, program building. Tom Izzo: Rebounding Drills (Hit, find, fetch) This video features Hall of Fame coach Tom Izzo breaking down the "Hit, Find, Fetch" technique, which is the gold standard for teaching defensive rebounding discipline. This Labyrinth Walk Companion is inspired by my conversation with Abi Robins and their description of working with the Enneagram and Yoga Therapy. One of my favorite things Abi said was “the more we can find ways to relax and shed our sense of urgency, the faster we get to where we want to go.” And although we were talking about figuring out Enneagram types, this immediately makes me think of walking a labyrinth. Dog Breeders Under Fire: the National Legislative Push Against Responsible BreedersA sweeping mandatory sterilization bill in Hawaii refuses to die. It's part of a coordinated national campaign targeting responsible breeders and dog sports.Responsible dog owners and breeders across the country are facing a coordinated legislative push that threatens the future of purebred dogs, working dog sports and preservation breeding. Host Laura Reeves breaks down the landscape and brings in Lynn Muramaru, board member of the Pacific Pet Alliance, to detail the fight happening in Hawaii right now.Hawaii's Mandatory Spay-Neuter LegislationThe Hawaiian Humane Society introduced legislation requiring mandatory spay and neuter of all dogs and cats imported into Hawaii, along with a declaration requirement for all intact animals already living in the state. After more than 200 people submitted testimony — forcing the joint committee to limit speakers to one minute each — the bill appeared to die when it failed to receive its third committee hearing by the March 6 deadline. But it didn't stay dead. Within days, the Hawaiian Humane Society revived a prior-year bill, gutted it, and replaced its contents with the identical language. The renamed bill has now been referred to a new House committee. All the original concerns remain: mandatory sterilization language, intact animal registration requirements and penalties for non-compliance.Residents and non-residents alike can submit written testimony through the Hawaii State Legislature website. Registration requires only a name and email address. The Bigger Picture: A National StrategyHawaii is not an isolated case. Laura outlines a deliberate, incremental strategy being deployed by animal rights organizations across multiple fronts simultaneously:Oregon — A ballot initiative effort is currently underwayThe Federal Farm Bill — An amendment to the Greyhound Protection Act has been inserted into the Farm Bill's broadly supported legislation. As currently written, vague language could ban live lure training, open field coursing and controlled bird exposure used in training hunting and sporting breeds — affecting earth dog, barn hunt, lure coursing, Fast CAT, field trials and moreWhat You Can Do Right NowContact your member of Congress and ask them to oppose the Greyhound Protection Act language inserted into the Farm BillSubmit testimony on Hawaii legislation at the Hawaii State Legislature websiteMonitor legislative alerts at the AKC Government Relations pageEngage your representatives at every level — federal, state and local — every session, every bill. In this video, I'll show you how to break the addiction cycle with practical steps that can help you regain control.Download Dr. Berg's Free Daily Health Routine: https://drbrg.co/45qtO070:00 Introduction: Addiction explained0:52 How addiction works in the brain2:40 Why addiction is so hard to quit3:34 How to break addiction cycles 6:35 Addiction recovery tips8:09 Nicotine addiction explained9:00 Changing your environment to break addiction10:18 What causes addiction? 11:24 More addiction recovery tipsWhether you're addicted to smoking, alcohol, porn, sugar, social media, or gambling, attempting to quit often makes matters worse, but why? When you drink alcohol, for example, you feel happier and less stressed. Dopamine then tags alcohol as something that increases survival, and the more you consume, the stronger the drive.Dopamine and glutamate are the hormones involved with addiction. When glutamate levels are too high, you may experience abnormal body sensations, agitation, pressure, compulsion, and obsession. When you ignore this, your fight or flight mechanism kicks in, and your symptoms worsen. When you experience withdrawal symptoms as you're trying to break an addiction, try the following steps:1. Rate the intensity of the urge on a scale of 0-102. Locate or point to the affected part of your body3. Describe it to yourself4. Repeat When you repeat the process, you'll notice that the intensity of the sensations decreases. This process helps you differentiate yourself from your addiction. The more you define your addiction and separate yourself from it, the less it will affect you. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) significantly reduces glutamate spikes. Try taking 600-2400 mg of NAC per day, depending on the severity of the problem. Magnesium glycinate can increase GABA, which reduces cortisol and the fight-or-flight response. If you're a smoker, vitamin B1 and potassium can help. Changing your environment is vital to breaking the cycle of addiction. Problems with sleep, exercise, or blood sugar can make someone more vulnerable to developing an addiction. Coincidentally, increasing exercise, getting plenty of sleep, and following a low-carb diet can help break the cycle. Oxytocin can act as a safety net when you're experiencing withdrawal symptoms. Increase oxytocin with hugs, pets, bonding with friends and family, and L. Reuteri yogurt. There's been no bigger or more controversial national news story in recent weeks than the Trump administration's unprecedented immigration crackdown. All across the country – and perhaps most notably in Minnesota – federal immigration officers have employed an array harsh and often discriminatory and violent tactics to round up people suspected of being undocumented – many of them U.S. citizens. And of course, the massive sweep has created a need for places to house detainees – at least temporarily – and so it is that we're now learning of plans to create a vast network of so-called detention centers (that is prisons) across the country. What's more, as Kevin Hardy, a reporter for the national news outlet Stateline recently reported, in addition to taking over existing jails and prisons, the administration is moving to convert and use large private warehouses and manufacturing buildings for this purpose. Not surprisingly, this is causing a lot of concerns for local government leaders on a variety of grounds, and recently, Newsline caught up with Hardy for an extended conversation to learn more. In Part One of our recent extended conversation with Stateline reporter Kevin Hardy, we discussed the revelation that the Trump administration plans to establish a new network of so-called detention centers – that is, prisons – to house the thousands of people swept up in recent immigration raids. What's more, the plan is to convert a large number of private warehouses and manufacturing facilities – many of them located in communities not typically used for prisons – to this purpose. In Part Two of our chat, we dug deeper into the subject and, in particular, the opposition that has arisen to this scheme from both Republican and Democratic local officials, the public campaigns that some communities have undertaken to convince owners of these facilities not to go along with the administration's plans, and the prospects for expected court challenges. Most of these countries are low interest rate paying cash machines, thought of as elegant, solid, and prime, only because the U.S.A. allows them to be. The Tariffs being charged to them, while bringing in $BILLIONS to us, still allows most of them to have a significant trade surplus, though much smaller, with our beautiful, formerly abused Country. In other words, I have been very nice, kind, and gentle to countries all over the World. With a mere flip of the pen, $BILLIONS more would come into the U.S.A., and these countries would have to go back to making money the old fashioned way, not on the back of America. I hope they all appreciate, although many don't, what our great Country has done for them. The Fed should substantially lower interest rates, NOW! Tariffs have made America strong and powerful again, far stronger and more powerful than any other Nation. Commensurate with this strength, both financial and otherwise, WE SHOULD BE PAYING LOWER INTEREST RATES THAN ANY OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP https://twitter.com/JoeLang51440671/status/2016559031574311138?s=20 https://twitter.com/KobeissiLetter/status/2016890828925313192?s=20 TRIPLED since Q4 2019, driven by aggressive purchases by central banks and rising prices. Over this period, central banks have added ~4,500 tonnes of gold, including unreported purchases. At the same time, foreign Treasury holdings have remained unchanged. Gold is redefining the global monetary system. Central banks maintain FX reserves—typically a mix of currencies, bonds, and assets like gold—to stabilize their currencies, manage liquidity, and hedge against economic shocks. U.S. Treasuries have long been the go-to asset because they’re considered ultra-safe, highly liquid, and backed by the world’s dominant reserve currency (the U.S. dollar, which still accounts for about 57% of global reserves). Gold, on the other hand, is a “neutral” asset: it’s not tied to any single government’s policies, can’t be printed at will, and serves as a hedge against inflation, currency debasement, and geopolitical risks. This crossover isn’t just a blip—it’s a structural change driven by several factors: Key Driver Explanation Impact Geopolitical Tensions and Sanctions Events like the Russia-Ukraine war (leading to frozen Russian assets) and U.S. actions (e.g., tariffs, interventions in Venezuela) have eroded trust in dollar-denominated assets. Countries fear their reserves could be seized or devalued overnight. theguardian.com Accelerates “de-dollarization” efforts, especially among BRICS nations (e.g., China, Russia, India), which now buy gold at 3–5 times pre-2022 levels, averaging 60 tons per month. finance.yahoo.com Gold’s share in reserves has doubled to over 25% in the past decade. newsmax.com Rising Gold Prices and Diversification Gold’s price surge (up 70% in 2025 alone) mechanically boosts its reserve value, but central banks are actively adding to holdings rather than selling Treasuries outright. mining.com This reflects a pivot away from U.S. debt amid concerns over America’s $35+ trillion national debt, persistent inflation, and fiscal policies under the Trump administration. fundssociety.com Gold is now the second-largest reserve asset after the dollar (overtaking the euro in 2024), signaling a re-regionalization of global finance where gold absorbs outflows from U.S. bonds. lfde.com The gold and U.S. debt markets are similarly sized (~$25–30 trillion each), making this shift feasible without massive disruptions. Central Bank Strategy Emerging market central banks (e.g., People’s Bank of China, Central Bank of Russia) are prioritizing gold for stability in a multipolar world, while developed banks hold steady. americanhartfordgold.com Net purchases hit 1,000+ tonnes in 2025, with forecasts for similar levels in 2026. gold.org Could push gold prices higher—analysts at Goldman Sachs see $5,400/oz by end-2026, while extreme scenarios (full USD reserve loss) speculate $39,000–$184,000/oz if gold backs global money supply. vaneck.com This isn’t about ditching the dollar entirely but reducing over-reliance. If trends continue, it could lead to sustained gold demand, higher prices, and a more fragmented international financial landscape. Terra, co-host of the Q morning show, has been a committed educator, advocate and trainer in the fight against human trafficking for over 20 years. Today in light of Human Trafficking Prevention month we utilize her expertise in exposing the crime most “hidden in plain sight”, and to bring the stats and put virtual faces to the victims of such horrible exploitation. What is it? Where does it take place? What does recruitment look like? And most importantly – how technology enables it to reach into our kids’ very bedrooms with fear and threats in something called “sextortion”. We talk about how porn fuels the demand and exports it around the world from the decadent culture of the west. Educate, Locate, Advocate. Parents, don’t sit this out, stay alert. An educational hour with someone who knows the specifics – and wants you to know the whats and hows as well. Federal officials disclosed that more than one million previously unidentified documents tied to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation were recently located, dramatically expanding the known universe of Epstein-related records. According to the Department of Justice, the files were discovered during a broader records review involving the FBI and federal prosecutors, after Congress had already mandated the release of Epstein materials under new transparency legislation. The DOJ said the size and scope of the newly found cache forced a pause in the release timeline, as attorneys must now determine what falls within the law, what can legally be disclosed, and what must be redacted—particularly material involving victims, sealed proceedings, or sensitive investigative information. The revelation immediately fueled skepticism and backlash, especially from Epstein survivors and transparency advocates who argue the discovery raises serious questions about how such a massive volume of material went unaccounted for in the first place. Critics say the announcement reinforces long-standing concerns that Epstein's case has been mishandled, slow-walked, or fragmented across agencies for decades, allowing crucial evidence to remain buried. Rather than reassuring the public, the sudden emergence of over a million files has intensified demands for oversight, hearings, and independent review, with many questioning whether the delay is a logistical reality—or yet another chapter in the ongoing failure to fully confront the Epstein network and its institutional protectors.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Even then, I lucked out, getting a thirty-yard shot while still-hunting through the timber. I...
PREVIEW: Data Centers Introduce High-Tech "Golden Age" to Lancaster County John Batchelor's correspondent Jim McTague reports that construction is full steam ahead on one of two huge data centers coming to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Located at the former Donley printing plant site, the structure is Amazon warehouse-sized and L-shaped. McTague views this introduction of serious high-tech, supported by available power and water, as a potential prelude to a "golden age" for the local economy. 1940
Late last month, I pulled up to a field site at first light to start a long day of turkey habitat surveys. My work as a wildlife research technician takes me to both public and private land, but this site happened to be on one of my favorite wildlife areas: a lakeside section with forested draws and fields of native tallgrass. I slowed my truck to a crawl so I could scan the fields for a reddish-brown back or a tail flicking. I usually spot a doe...
