Are you living abundantly because of monetary objects or because you have your health? What do you value the most? We tend to hear so often about people being over worked, and spending their hard earned money on Doctors, medicine and the latest fad to try and 'quick fix' their body, What would happen if we focused more on being abundantly wellthy? Appreciating our bodies and our health and the choices we make daily that effect them? Is it better to eat cheap, un-nourishing food or spend a little extra on the salad full of leafy greens that will flood your body with nutrients? Lots of food for thought.
