Scripture: Romans 8:18-28 All people long for something better. Jesus is coming back to redeem all creation. As a result of this wonderful truth, during times of affliction we are to persevere.
Jesus cared for his sheep, unlike the religious leaders of his day. Just as he searched out for the blind man, he searches out for his sheep. He loves his sheep, and gives his life for his sheep. This was a sermon for Wadena Baptist Church's online ministry for April 26, 2020.
After the resurrection, Jesus gave his disciples peace when they witnessed the authenticity of the resurrection, and when they were given the Holy Spirit, and they were going to be sent on a mission into the world. This was a sermon I was asked to prepare for Wadena Baptist Church.
The resurrection of Jesus is the pattern for all believers.
