I first fell in love with the restaurant world while managing the odeon in New York. When the night would slow down, I would sit and have dinner at table 5, a cozy round banquette in the corner of the restaurant where I could see the front door, the bar and the entire dining room. Since then I have cast and produced culinary competitions for TV. I have had an amazing opportunity to get to know some incredible chefs along the way and have always been intrigued to know more.
