In this podcast I'm going to be sitting down with Chefs and Restaurateurs getting to know them through their storytelling and exploring more than just their life in the kitchen. I first fell in love with the restaurant world while managing The Odeon in New York. Since then I have cast and produced culinary competitions for TV. I have had an amazing opportunity to get to know some incredible chefs along the way and have always been intrigued to know more. After years of interviewing behind the scenes, join me for more in depth conversations.
