Listen as Meri spits some solid psych advice on better understanding what guys and girls are looking for when it comes to potential relationships. Enjoy!!!

In honor of my first day of 16th grade and my last first day of undergrad, I decided to talk about some important lessons that I've learned throughout this crazy, fun, tiring, and amazing part of my life. College can be extremely intimidating and everyone's experiences are like snowflakes, no two are the same. Hopefully, whether you're looking for advice or just don't need any advice but just love the sound of my voice, I hope you enjoy it and have a SOY good weekend!!
***ATTENTION*** Let the boy bashing begin because the tea is scalding!! I'm SO excited to introduce TSM's second-ever guest in the iconic 10th episode of the pod. In part 1 we talk about past relationships and the thing that is ruining dating life as we know it. I'll give you a hint, it rhymes with kinder. Hope you guys sit back and enjoy this one because if you like this week, you're in for a treat next week!!
***EXCITING NEWS*** Sit back, relax, and grab a cup of noodles while I talk with my first-ever guests on the show!! Listen to me welcome my amazing parents as we celebrate our Forever Family Day and reminisce exactly 20 years ago when our family became complete. Learn a little about my parents' journey to China and enjoy some stories that I even I had never heard before.
Hey ya'llll. Hope you're having a SOY good week. SURPRISE!!! Instead of a sit-down interview with my parents as promised last week, I decided to record a "quickie" because of reasons that you'll just have to find out by listening to the episode hehe :). Anyways, summer is coming to an end :( but that doesn't mean we can't have fun reminiscing. Hope ya'll enjoy this episode and have a SOY good weekend!
I'm baackkkk! And also bringing you a super fun podcast to kick start the weekend. What better way to celebrating one of my best friend's 21st birthday than with a good old-fashioned (covid safe) Vegas girl's trip!! While the wildness was kept to a minimum we (or rather I) still had some firsts...rip (listen if you wanna know the details). Tune in to gain a small glimpse into my first trip back to the West Coast that didn't involve a gymnastics meet or anything. Hopefully you enjoy this very candid episode and I think you might just take something away from it by listening 'til the very end (and I'm not just baiting you) :). Hope ya'll enjoy this poddie and have a SOY good weekend!!xoxo-S
Hey ya'll!! Happy That's Soy Me Thursday. In this week's episode, I talk about the often unspoken challenges of the lack of Asian representation in Hollywood. Finally getting out into the world again as places like movie theaters begin to open their doors is what inspired me to do this podcast. It's hard to imagine what it would be like growing up and never seeing someone who looked like you on TV. While this episode does include some tough stats that are incredibly eye-opening, I'm also going to be talking about how Asian representation is evolving and the good that is yet to come! So sit down, get comfy, grab a cup of noodles to go with that soy sauce, and enjoy!!(also feel free to follow the poddie on insta @tsm.podcast) ;)xoxo-S
Hey ya'll! I'm soy happy you could tune in this week. When I went to school in Minnesota, some of my closest friends and I would always go around in a circle and talk about everyone's life, love and school. Since I had no energy to script anything too elaborate, I decided this would be the perfect time to incorporate life, love, school into a podcast. Overall I just talk about life updates and introduce a new segment at the end called That's Soy Pop Culture where I talk about everything I've lately been consuming in terms of media, so sit back and grab a cup of noodles to go with your soy sauce and hopefully enjoy this lighthearted poddie!
Happy That's Soy Me Thursday everyone!! In this very special episode, I'll be discussing all the details about my adoption story starting with the why and talking about everything up thru when my parents and I safely landed in the States together for the first time and our family was complete. Along the way, I'll get into some tough conversation about a little bit of China's history pertaining to why China had such a huge surplus of girls at the time and what happened to the rest of "The missing daughters of China". Don't worry though, listen through to the end and you'll be sure to listen to some comedic stories about baby Sarah after meeting my forever family for the very first time. Hope you enjoy!!
What better time to talk about sports than when Tokyo 2021 is right around the corner? Tonight I get into all the details of what it took to become a student-athlete at the University of Delaware. As you'll hear, it wasn't exactly all sunshine and rainbows. I also break down common stigmas people tend to think about student-athletes and pull back the curtain on what a lot of people don't realize. Hope you enjoy listening!!
Tonight I dive into what it was like growing up as an Asian American in a predominantly white town being raised by white parents. I talk about some experiences that I've gone through that have shaped who I am and will continue to shape who I am as I continue to embrace where I come from. Tune in and hear me answer some commonly asked questions I have gotten on many occasions, and my response to some of the most common Asian stereotypes. Hope you enjoy!xoxoSarah
Hey ya'll! I'm SOO excited to finally be getting this podcast off the ground. This is just a little intro to why I decided to start a podcast and what this podcast is going to be all about!!
