They talk about what it takes to build a motocross track and how the tracks in the AMA supercross have changed over the years. Boppo talks about rider pay and some of the disadvantages of being a professional rider.

Current Mx1 Australian motocross champion Aaron Tanti joins the boys in the studio to talk about the successful year he had in 2022 and what  he has planned for 2023.

George man is a  Scottish champion, British Champion, European Champion and World champion in Muay Thai. He joins Axel and nick in the studio to talk about his up coming fight against Jake Lund on December 10 and his time on ONE Championship plus more.

Jake Lund who is an Australian and World Champion Muay Thai fighter joins the boys in the studio to talk about his upcoming fight against George Mann on Dec 10 for the Diamond Belt. We have Andrew who is one of the promoters from RISE talk to the boys on how this fight came together.

Factory Honda rider Taylah McCutcheon joins the boys in the studio to talk about how she went this season in the Pro Nationals and what the future holds for her.

We were lucky enough this week and have John Wayne parr join us in the studio.  He is a former 10 time Muay Thai world champion and pioneer.  His fighting career spanned over 30 years.  He recently retired and sat down with us to talk through it all from the highs and lows and everything in between.  Hope you guys enjoy
