Many people, even some Christians and pastors, believe that the days of Creation, as recorded in Genesis, was not literal 24-hour days but instead epics or eras that were actually millions of years long. In fact, there appears to be some passages in the Bible that supports this theory. Could this be true? To disprove this hypothesis, Michael takes us back to the original language to show us that the Creation did indeed take place over a six-day period. I wanted to share some important health information about plastic containers. New research shows that tiny pieces of plastic — called microplastics — may be getting into our bodies more than most people realize. What Are Microplastics? Microplastics are very small plastic pieces, usually smaller than a pencil eraser. They break off from larger plastics over time. Scientists have found these particles in human blood, lungs, liver, and even in unborn babies. This means most people are already being exposed. How Do They Get Into Our Bodies? Plastic food and drink containers are one of the main sources. When plastic containers get scratched, worn out, or heated up, they can release tiny particles into your food or drink. Bottled water and packaged foods are also common sources. Plastics also contain added chemicals — like phthalates and bisphenols — that can leak into what you eat and drink. Why Does It Matter? Scientists are still learning how harmful microplastics really are, but early studies suggest they may cause inflammation, cell damage, and problems with the immune system. Some research also points to possible links with heart disease and reproductive health. Most experts agree that more studies are needed before we fully understand the risks. What Can You Do? The good news is there are simple steps you can take to lower your exposure: Switch to glass, stainless steel, or ceramic containers when you can Never microwave food in plastic — heat causes plastic to release more particles and chemicals Use a reusable stainless - steel water bottle instead of single - use plastic bottles Cut back on bottled water Try to buy food with less plastic packaging Throw away old or scratched plastic containers Dust and vacuum your home regularly — microplastics can float in the air too You probably can't avoid microplastics completely, but these small changes can make a real difference while scientists continue to study the long - term effects."

Located in Jerusalem, the Temple Mount resides on what used to be known as Mount Moriah and over the years it has been a place of many historical events. Throughout history it has changed hands many times and today is a place of great importance to Jews, Christians, and Muslims. Due to all the history that is stored there, laws were put in place that banned any excavating from taking place at the site. But in 1999, an illegal excavation began which involved the careless removal of piles of dirt from under the Temple Mount. To preserve the relics that were found there, The Temple Mount Sifting Project began. Since then, 85 percent of the debris has been sifted through, though much of it remains to be studied. Many people believe they have to get their lives together before God can use them. The gospel says the opposite. You don't come to Christ because you're already clean—you come to Christ so He can make you clean. God isn't looking for flawless people. He's looking for surrendered hearts that are willing to repent, grow, and be transformed by His Spirit. As we spend time with the Father through prayer, His Word, and obedience, He changes us from the inside out. He reshapes our desires, renews our minds, and teaches us to love as He loves. God often works through imperfect people who are fully surrendered to Him. After healing the lame man by the pool, Jesus tells him to take up his bed and walk. According to the Law of the Pharisees, moving your mat was a disgrace and a sin against God and the Sabbath. Now today, we challenge it against the most important source, the Word of God. If it does not line up with the Bible, then we know it can not be accurate. And it would appear upon first look of the accounts of the burial of Jesus that there is indeed an error between the four Gospels. But let's see what the original language has to say.
