Send us a textJust came back from your company's national conference? Whether you're riding high on motivation or feeling completely "meh" about your business, this episode is your reality check and action plan rolled into one.Host Rachel Perry gets brutally honest about both sides of the post-conference experience—and shares exactly what to do whether you're ready to conquer the world or secretly wondering if it's time for something different. No sugar-coating, just real talk about channeling that energy (or lack thereof) into actual results.Key Takeaways:Strike while the iron's hot: If you came back pumped, you have exactly 3 days to harness that energy before it fades—pick 1-2 strategies max and create a system around them immediatelyAvoid the shiny object trap: That notebook full of ideas? Park most of it for later. Overwhelming yourself (and your team) kills momentum faster than anything elsePermission to want more: Feeling unenthused doesn't mean you lack skills or commitment—it might mean you've outgrown your current environment and are ready for the next levelBuild your brand, not just your business: Whether you're high or low on motivation, start building something that's completely yours—your company could disappear tomorrow, but your personal brand travels with youThe comparison trap is real: If seeing the same top earners get recognized over and over makes you feel frustrated rather than inspired, that's a sign you're ready for a different pathF the mood, follow the plan: Emotions are temporary, but systems and accountability partners will carry you through when the conference high wears offReady to build something that's completely yours alongside your network marketing business? Welcome back to The Keto Vegan! I'm Rach, and this week I'm spilling all the (plant-based) tea on my daughter's hen do in Majorca—think nine women, one fabulously gay gent, and me trying to stay vegan AND keto in a land full of chips, cocktails and zero vegan protein. Spoiler alert: only one of those survived. Tune in for real talk on holiday indulgence, staying true to your ethics, and why free-poured Spanish margaritas might be my new summer fling. Key Takeaways Keto Goes on Holiday Too: It's possible to try staying keto abroad, but when fresh bread and guac are all that's on offer, don't panic. One carb-heavy week won't undo everything. Vegan? Non-Negotiable: While keto can bend, vegan doesn't break. Sticking to your ethics is easy when it's not a ‘diet' but a lifestyle. Bread, guac, and hummus can get you through: There were dips. There was rye. No protein, but no starvation either. Spain's Cocktail Game Is Unpredictable: Mojito roulette is real. One friend's drink is perfect, yours tastes like a Haribo smoothie. Paella > Potatoes: If you're going to dabble in carbs, choose the dish that doesn't make you feel like a bag of bricks. Being around meat-eaters was a challenge: But it made me appreciate how easy and supportive my life is back home. Back Home, Back to Keto: Batch-cooked vegan chilli, red Thai curry and lots of water—getting back into ketosis is easier than you think. #VeganTravel #KetoVeganLife #VeganInSpain #MajorcaVegan #KetosisReset #KetoWhileTravelling #PlantBasedAbroad #HolidayEatingTips #KetoVeganPodcast #HenDoVeganSurvival Valuable Resources For an extensive list of foods with their carb, fat and protein count, go here: https://www.rachelgtherapy.co.uk/1-what-why-and-how For a keto-vegan start-up menu and shopping list go here: https://www.rachelgtherapy.co.uk/1-what-why-and-how Host Bio Rachel, a once morbidly obese individual, experienced a remarkable body transformation through the keto diet. If there's a conversation to be had in a country show line or over a cup of tea at the school hall, Rach is in it, gathering insight, listening deeply, and transforming it into design that whirrs and hums with the heart of human experience.I met Rach at a client launch event in the first year of my business, and soon realised she lived down the road from my Mum. Before long she was pouring me a cuppa in her kitchen, and for years we've talked freely about being small business owners, our love for design, and how we balance the demands of creative work and school pickup. When she speaks, shereminds me of the simple beauties of the world, and to take a breath of crisp country air.In this episode, we speak about creativity in wide open spaces. What it's like to live and work as a designer in regional New South Wales. The visibility gap between metro and country creatives. The challenges that come with slow internet and fast deadlines. And the value of creating work that might not go viral, but makes a real difference on the main street, in a hospital lift, or in the eyes of a child who sees themselves represented on the wall. This conversation is also about belonging. About finding your people, building your own stage, and celebrating the “perfectlyimperfect” creative moments that make regional design unique. Rach is a kindred spirit and a long-time collaborator of mine, and I'm thrilled to finally share her voice with you here, beyond her kitchen table. As always, I started by asking Rach what she'd do with her days if $100 million suddenly landed in her lap. Please enjoy my conversation with sunshine in a mug, Rach Viski.Oh...and listen right to the end to fill up your bingo card.> Connect with Trish> Learn about Oath + Stone> Apply to be a guest on Creative Bones

In this episode, Rachael encounters the uncanny intelligence of the patient's unconscious. The patient, having criticised Rachael for her “messy” management of her clinical practice then adopts the same management style and surreptitiously benefits from it.  Feeling guilty, the patient has a dream revealing these dynamics but withholds her insights from Rachael. This produces a desire in Rachael to be mean and partake of the jouissance of revenge. By unpacking her own unconscious with Gill, it becomes clear to Rach that her countertransference wish is a clue to the patient's fear, which is preventing her from surrendering into the patient position.
