Once again Brian went AWOL and didn't do any of his required work for this podcast and as such we missed yet another week. We are back into the second week of December and enjoying the cold big time. From recollection we're pretty sure the innermost circle of hell in Dante's Inferno is solid ice so that's pretty accurate to our current situation. We are back and better than ever! After enjoying our fill of turkey and pie we dove back into the greatest of them all. Ben and Brian are back delivering wisdom on a brand new book from the Bible. Holy cow we're back! The week off rejuvenated us and we are back and better than ever. We vow to never ever again leave for longer than a week. Thankfully we have a brand new section of the Bible to share with you all. Exodus will test our collective resolve as we forge bravely on. Strap in all we're finishing Genesis today. It only took us 11 episodes to get through 50 pages. At this rate I'll probably be dead before we finish even the Old Testament. It's definitely been our favorite 50 pages we've read. In terms of show logistics we might not be able to get an episode by next Monday due to some scheduling issues we're going to run into. Another Friday another episode! Crazy how this whole weekly podcast thing works. We had a lot of fun this episode. Fewer bad things happen that made us question humanity so that's always a plus. We have reached the end of Abraham's journey. We will miss our favorite little weirdo. Hoo boy the Bible continues to impress us with incredible tales of complicated characters. Also maybe by next episode we might figure out how to use our microphones correctly. We had to take it slow through these chapters because there is a lot to unpack in this episode. Talking points include: Skin removal, weird marital relations, God's inability to bargain, a lot of questionable choices.

Our third episode and we have finally ironed out all audio issues. Who are we kidding of course we haven't. We finally start to pick up some steam so that we might finish this book eventually.
