My journey to the relationship I have with food today is a journey that is near and dear to my heart. my relationship with food has been a mix of things over the years, and it has taken a lot of understanding my deepest insecurities, and managing my internal dialogue to build up to the current relationship I have with food, which is still not perfect and requires constant checking in and maintenance, and I’m okay with that! I’ve grown to be okay with that, and it’s that acceptance that keeps me grounded In my diet, what foods I choose, how much I eat, when I eat, all of the things! Maybe you can relate to some of my experiences.
