I wanted to share with you all a bit of where I've been since disappearing completely from my podcast and even social media this past year! It's been a long journey to heal. In this episode, I share about a diagnosis I received, the health struggles I'm still experiencing, the self-care that's needed for me to feel ok, and how all of this is part of my Saturn return. I also discuss moving back home with family, reparenting, family healing, and the support that can come into your life in the form of anything from friends to soul-mate dogs to  sudden answers to long-term physical and medical issues.
