In today's episode, I'm shifting gears a little bit to share another side of the societal gender norm issues that we have going on and how they impact men. I really don't think that we can talk about women's issues without acknowledging the issues that men face when it comes to gender norms as a feminist, I advocate for human rights. As women continue to challenge gender roles. I think it's important that we're also looking at male gender roles and having open dialogue about whether those roles still make sense. That's why I am very happy to have Justin Weber on. Justin is the author of whole food plant-based cookbook. We talk about weight loss, self-acceptance and self-love. I really appreciate the conversation that we were able to have around how some of these body image issues, emotional and mental health and how the toll that they take on men in society. You can check out Justin's recipes and story at his website.
