But men, says Brett, experience pain and emotionality differently. Men compact pain and emotional often without release and without hope of escape or relief. That pain and unresolved emotion builds, compacting and pressurizing until there is nothing but darkness. Hence men are 3.5  to 4 times more likely to succeed at suicide than women.  Women, according to WHO data, make more frequent attempts at suicide, but often recover. Men make fewer attempts according to WHO, but often succeed.  In his work, Brett helps clients find the original source of their pain. He himself shares his experience with jealousy at age 27. At that time, he found his relationships always ended due his jealousy. Determined to resolve this issue, Brett began unearthing his pain. During  some time spent in Sedona, AZ, Brett found his core wound through a healer and a light being who showed him that jealousy was not the problem. God's laughter in Scripture is always solemn, judicial, and scornful—a holy response to the arrogance and rebellion of sinners. There is no record of Jesus laughing in the Gospels. His ministry was marked by sorrow, compassion, and holy seriousness. There is no sound more dreadful to a guilty soul, than the laughter of Almighty God. In reality, it is His holy derision against the insolence of sinners who defy their Maker. When He laughs, it is not a careless chuckle, but a thunderous proclamation that their sin will not go unpunished. God's laugh is the prelude to His eternal wrath. Men may mock at their sin, boast in their rebellion, and strut upon the stage of life as though they were gods. They may ridicule God, His Word, and His people. They may defy His warnings, and scoff at the flames of Hell. But God laughs in contempt at them, because their pride is absurd, their plans are futile, and their doom is certain. God laughs to see men's folly—to see poor, helpless clay, strive with the Almighty Potter. But let the wicked remember that God is never more angry with them—than when He laughs. After His laughing, then He shall speak to them in His wrath. The Lord has appointed their day of judgment. Every beat of the lost sinner's heart moves him one step closer to eternal ruin. His first move after college in 1992 was to head out to South London to play in The Den. A Scottish professor tried to explain to him the gravity of this development before he went, but now, after 175 appearances — and a regular series of pitch invasions — Keller knows better than most the ferocious intensity of Millwall's world.It all came to a head when they were closing the famous old stadium and moving to The New Den, when fans rushed the field and stripped the players — including Keller — of everything they had on.
