During this episode we speak about truly listening to your body. Listening to what it is telling you and making the connections between messages from your body, your intuition and your emotions. Your body is such an amazing tool and a powerful force of energy. Our bodies hold emotions and each area of the body is representative of certain emotions. It is incredible the correlations and understandings that can come forward when you really begin to tune into your body, feel it, understand it and then taking it to a whole bigger level, when you really love your body. Everything is connected and all parts of our being have been created to help us in the most incredible ways. Better late than never. This snippet was recorded last week and I never got to finish this episode however I really wanted to share. I hope you blesses you somehow
Change isn’t always comfortable. As a matter of fact, it can be quite uncomfortable! I guess that’s why most people choose to stay in their comfort zone. That place where your regular routine creates a sense of safety that keeps you from perceived harm or danger. But, we all know the old adage: “The magic happens outside of your comfort zone” If you are someone who is seeking more magic and consciousness, then you know all of this very well. You are someone who is constantly choosing beyond your comfort zone. Beyond the patterns that have constricted your life, beyond the safety of routine, beyond the known and into the unknown. You know that moving through those uncomfortable moments will always open up the space for you to have and be more of you. And hey, if you’re an X-Men you get the honor of being aware of everyone else’s uncomfortable moments too! Watch this episode here: Or listen here: Have you ever had a sense that something was heavy in your world only to get a call from a friend who is going through a tough time? This level of awareness is part of our capacities and it isn’t something we’re taught to be with in this reality. This is why I’m so grateful for the tools of Access Consciousness. Practical tools to be present with all energies - no matter how uncomfortable they may be. The question then becomes, what tools can I use to be comfortable with the uncomfortable? To be comfortable with the intensity of awareness? To continue choosing more consciousness no matter what is going on? Here are some of my favorite tools to be comfortable with the uncomfortable: Expand Your Energy Out: I have found this simple tool to be one of the most dynamic tools when it comes to being aware of all energies. When you expand the energy of your Being farther out than your body, your home, your city and your country, beyond The Earth all the way out to the Universe you become bigger than any energy you are aware of in that moment. One of the best ways to not be at the effect of other energies is to be bigger than those energies! Occupying the space of an Infinite Being is a quick and easy way to create more comfort around the uncomfortable. The more expanded you choose to be, the less you will be at the effect of other energies. Ask a question. Or two. Or a thousand! My favorite question to begin with is: “Is this mine?” For any thought, feeling or emotion this is my top question to ask! I usually find that most of what I’m aware of belongs to someone else. Sometimes, when we choose a big change in our lives, some of the old, uncomfortable energies we are changing surface to be released. Energies we’ve refused or locked into our bodies start to move and this space can we quite uncomfortable. If you make it solid or significant you can get stuck again. Continuing to be in the question is so important! In this case, my favorite questions are: “Is this the change I’ve been asking for?” “What else is possible I’ve never even imagined?” “How does it get any better than this?!” “Body, what’s beyond this?” And this leads me to my final tip! Include Your Body Including your body in your journey with consciousness can contribute to navigating uncomfortable times of change. Our bodies are so aware of energies and if we allow then to contribute what they are aware of, moving through uncomfortable times can be much quicker and easier! Bodies can contribute to moving energy in a myriad of ways: 1. Movement: running, walking, swimming, cycling or dancing 2. Rest: a nap, massage, dip in a hot tub, reading, watching a movie 3. Body work: Access Bars or Body Processes are also an excellent way to shift and dissipate energies The main thing here is the Ask Your Body what he/she would like. Please know that beyond all of this you will have more of you!! If change, discomfort, and turbulence weren’t judged as bad,
