Buckwalter was three turns away from winning the Silver Crown Race at the Williams Grove Speedway on Friday. Steve Phillips has owned sprint cars for years and won races with Dave Darland, Casey Shuman Jerry Coons Jr and now Jason McDougal. J-Mac won in Pennsylvania with the USAC Sprint Cars.
