This week we talk about a few big topics from dirt racing, one of which was the DQ of Brad Sweet at Butler Motor Speedway in Michigan. Sweet was DQ'd after taking the checker around 12th place but what he didn't know was that the race was already finished the lap before as the flagman was off on the lap count. We also talk about the new of Matt Tift buying the old Mansfield Speedway to bring it back to life (again) and we discuss Mother Nature ruining our racing last weekend and what she is looking to do for this weekends Dream at Eldora Speedway.
This week we recap Duane's visit to Kokomo for the High Limit Series event, where our friend Rico Abreu took the checkered flag at the finish line over Justin Peck. Unfortunately the biggest news out of Kokomo wasn't the amazing finish but the topic of smart watches as Rico was visibly wearing one in victory lane. We talk about the social media swarm that ensued over the topic of smart watches. Duane is on his way to Kokomo for the High Limit event, so we do this one with a phone call. Welcome back to another podcast! This week we talk about Duane's trip to Indy and his venture to attend 6 races in 5 days. We also talk about the World of Outlaws anticipated return to Fremont Speedway. The American Late Model Iron Man Series also opened their season in our area and had to tough out the driest racing surface ever seen one night!
Duane is back today and tells us about his trip to Kokomo in which Kyle Larson tried a slide job that fell well short which ultimately took out our friend Cale Thomas. We also talk about the World of Outlaw Late Models running through Ohio and Pennsylvania and other local results.

On the bright side Eldora was able to get both of their nights in for the World of Outlaws and USAC National Sprint Cars.
