The very funny and informative Ryan Singer joined us to talk about Sirius, one of the most successful crowdfunded documentaries in history. The film explores an ongoing grassroots movement to get the U.S. government to reveal what it reportedly knows about UFOs, extraterrestrials and the availability of advanced alternative energy technologies that could greatly benefit everyone on Earth. Learn more about Dr. Steven Greer, "oiling genitals," and what that tiny humanoid might be made out of. Ryan Singer is the rarest of breeds: A comic’s comic who electrifies mainstream audiences with material that is both uncompromising and unpretentious. LaughSpin says, “With his high-energy delivery and unpretentious leanings, there’s not a lot to dislike about comedian Ryan Singer. And it’s not just us saying it: In the last few years, he’s won over audiences headlining the nation’s finer comedy clubs and was hailed by Marc Maron in Rolling Stone as a comedian “Who Should Be Big.” Ryan released his 3rd full-length album IMMORTAL FOR NOW after his debut album HOW TO GET HIGH WITHOUT DRUGS and sophomore release COMEDY WONDER TOWN were selected as Top 10 Comedy CDs of the year (2010 & 2012). He is the creator and host of one of the top Science & Medicine podcasts on iTunes, Me & Paranormal You, the twice-weekly mindcast (podcast) in which he has in-depth interviews with people who possess paranormal abilities or have had extraordinary experiences. He was selected by LA Weekly as one of “10 LA Comics to Watch” for 2014, was mentioned in NY Magazine as a “Comic to Watch,” was one of 4 finalists in the original CMT’s Next Big Comic Contest, is a frequent guest on the WTF Podcast w/Marc Maron and the Bob & Tom Show, and his joke “United Snacks of America” has over 7.5 million listens on Pandora. | Catch Ryan headlining Doc's Lab in San Francisco on March 22nd. http://www.docslabsf.com | We have exclusive interview excerpts for our Patreon patrons http://patreon.com/supdocpodcast | Take our podcast & documentary survey - https://goo.gl/forms/sIIE8Vb9dIRgR48z1Follow us on:Twitter: @supdocpodcastInstagram: @supdocpodcastFacebook: @supdocpodcastsign up for our mailing listAnd you can show your support to Sup Doc by donating on Patreon.

Paco and George dig into the enigmatic artist Ray Johnson's life and death with our guest, San Francisco comedy producer Jeff Zamaria. This 2002 documentary directed by John Walter and Andrew L. Moore tries to unwrap the mystery of this central figure in the Fluxus and mail art movement who was known for legendary performances like dropping hot dogs from a low-flying helicopter. A contemporary of Andy Warhol's Ray came out of the legendary Black Mountain College art program. The documentary How To Draw A Bunny was the product of six years of research into Johnson's archives and interviews with figures like Christo, Chuck Close, Roy Lichtenstein, Judith Malina, and James Rosenquist. The soundtrack includes improvised drumming by Max Roach and additional music by Thurston Moore. Jeff Zamaria is a comedy booker/show producer in San Francisco and the creator of Learn From Me Comedy. He can be seen producing shows all over SF. Originally from "The Mistake On The Lake" (Cleveland, OH), Jeff has been living, sleeping, walking, working, looking and playing in San Francisco since 2005. When he's not working on comedy, he's giving neighborhood folks questionable service at The New Village Cafe. Sure it's just a side job, but it's his passion. He is also single and currently accepting applications. For our last show at Mutiny Radio, we welcome two powerhouse characters Peter Feliciano and Aaron Ford. We dive deeep into the debate over artist and singer, with a sprinkling of astrology talk that only Aaron Ford can conjure up. No Tim on this one, but David's sister flew in from Idaho for his show at Doc's Lab and enjoys some snacks with her girlfriend Emily by the burrito mic. Enjoy.
