America has more than 30 communist parties. Five of them work together to influence and control the Democratic Party. All of them work to some degree at least in the interests of the Communist Party of China. Trevor Loudon exposes America's pro-communist Democrats on The Prism of America's Education. Using racism as the backdrop, Critical Race Theory is being pushed and promoted in classrooms to convince America's kids that racism is the driving force of everything that ails us. Indoctrination from these communist programs is only the beginning of this Marxist takeover... unless more people speak out on the mistruths being propagated in the government education school system. If Everything is Racist, Then Nothing is Racist - "Blacks were not enslaved because they were black but because they were available. Slavery has existed in the world for thousands of years. Whites enslaved other whites in Europe for centuries before the first black was brought to the Western hemisphere. Asians enslaved Europeans. Asians enslaved other Asians. Africans enslaved other Africans, and indeed even today in North Africa, blacks continue to enslave blacks," Thomas Sowell said. EP 18 X KINDNESS AS MEDICINE    “Three things in human life are important: the first is to be kind; the second is to be kind; and the third is to be kind.” ― Henry James   I've always experienced kindness as another worldly energy, and force. I've seen it transform, and I've seen myself soften with it being at my true core. Looking back, I know it was my Mama (who passed in 2003) who instilled this within me deeply as it's what I saw modelled to me.  Now, I see it as a superpower, and I see it as medicinal. Why have we only come to believe that things like medication, doctors, white coats, scans, pills are the key to healing? When & why as this become the norm... What if there are other ways... I believe there are, which is why I do what I do. If EVERYTHING is just energy, and kindness holds a certain frequency, cannot it not be used to help us heal, to shift the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual lessons we have to learn? I literally prescribe kindness & the energy that flows to & from it to people, it's the ebb and flow of our soul, it's the voice that can speak without words.  I explore this + more in today's episode. I could speak for hours on this, and if you let me I will! But I hope this episode gives you nuggets and a pathway to continue to explore your Self, journey, and soul. We all possess infinite gifts, and when infused with kindness, they are multiplied beyond our wildest of dreams.    So much say on this, but the podcast will deeper into how harnessing kindness can be apart of your "medicine"  I hope you enjoy this little solo episode and find some golden nuggets in it that you resonate with.   As always have a beautiful week + If you have a moment and want to subscribe, rate & review this podcast I would be sooo grateful.    CONNECT /BOOK A SESSION / DELVE DEEPER:  BOOK a 1:1 Intuitive Healing Session  - https://www.lifebyleese.com/services FOUNDATIONS: A 4-Week Online Program to your Healthiest Self - https://www.lifebyleese.com/program WEBSITE - https://www.lifebyleese.com/

Whatever journey you're on, it's easy to fall into the trap of focusing on the top, being impatient to get there, and getting discouraged along the way.  We've ALL been there.   Yesterday I had the most beautiful reminder of what it looks like to take consistent, steady action, no matter how slow it might seem, to work towards your bigger goals.  And when you get to the top?  Things are easier, you can relax a little and enjoy it.   But most importantly, notice the journey itself and appreciate it, even when it seems like a tough slog.   Stop to take a look around, appreciate this stage of life, and enjoy it. What would you miss about this stage later on? What do you love about where you are right now? If EVERYTHING changed tomorrow, what would you long for from where you’re at now? This episode was not the one I'd planned to release today, but it felt like the universe was handing me a sign yesterday that I needed to share this message, so take a listen about what happened yesterday that triggered this whole thought and let me know what journey you're on right now, what you're working towards and what you appreciate about where you're at right this second.  Because there are always things to be celebrated and appreciated!    FULL SHOW NOTES   FIND EMILY Emily Gough Coaching Room to Grow Podcast info@emilygoughcoaching.com Instagram @emilygoughcoach Private Facebook Group: Room to Grow Podcast Facebook: @ Emily Gough Coaching   DON’T MISS… Questions?  Comments? This week Frankie Tortora and Steve Folland have a chat in response to a question from Janie Skuse. Janie runs a digital marketing business with her husband, she says: "Emotional soup! I work with my husband, both at home. He does full-time hours up in the bedroom/batcave, I look after our 3-year-old full-time and have 2 hours ‘off’ each day while she’s at nursery and evenings to work (ha!). If EVERYTHING happens under one roof, how do you keep things separate/clear?" What would your advice be? In today's show I'm going to talk about something that we often take for granted in our businesses and our lives… ...WHITESPACE. I'm not talking about the space in the margins of your website, or the blank space on the edges your business cards. I'm referring to gaps that you purposely create in your calendar between meetings, or other activities. It's the time that you consciously allot in your schedule to think, distraction-free. If you feel like you've hit a plateau in your business or you're stuck in a rut professionally, financially, or even personally - adding more white space to your life might actually be your answer. I know it sounds counter-intuitive that making time in your day to do less will help you be more successful. But, by the end of this show you'll understand why. Topics 00:57 Topic of today's episode 01:48 Why whitespace is important 02:27 Three reasons why creating white space in your day is important 04:07 Ryan's struggles with whitespace 04:45 Four ways to create whitespace 04:51 #1: Be purposeful about your whitespace 05:30 #2: Schedule your white space during the peak of your productivity cycle 05:55 #3: Try using that time to do something completely out of routine 06:14 #4: Start saying "no" more than you say "yes" 06:43 Action steps Quotes "High-quality work requires long stretches of high-quality thinking." "If EVERYTHING is important, then NOTHING is important." "Your power to innovate is the whitespace you create." Resources Ryan S.
