In this week's adventure, it's another unboxing episode as Magnus takes a gander at the latest items sent by Mark Kalmbach. What might this week's goodies include? Is there any chance it has something to do with Tolkien? Hint: This episode is part of the Radio Free Isengard. So that should be kind of a tipoff right there. After that, it's time to check out some more listener feedback!

In this week's adventure, Magnus eulogizes Christopher Tolkien, likely the biggest JRR Tolkien fan in the world and second biggest contributor to JRR Tolkien's legacy (behind Prof. Tolkien himself). After that, it's time for some conspiracy theorizing related to the Amazon show... much of which is somewhat out of date in our post-COVID world, but what can you do? Finally comes the mystery box. Special thanks to long time listener and long time friend of the show Mark Kalmbach for sending this box. Much appreciated, man!

This episode has been sitting completed for a few months, but I was waiting until we got a few more finished to put it out. HOWEVER, our beloved Mark Kalmbach proclaimed us "late" and I don't think he meant we were behind schedule. I think he thought we were dead. Well, we may be dying, but we're not dead yet. This episode of D4G was recorded live 6/25/15 at Zachry's Seafood and Steak.
As we try to atone for Episode 100, the geeks find that something is a bit...odd about Ron's shirt. Scott decides to randomly live score the episode, much to Ryan's chagrin. Jeff bemoans the loss of the Savannah sand Gnats. Ryan shows off his new Japanese imported snap together models of R2-D2 and R5-D4. Ryan opens Mark Kalmbach's amazing gift. Ron wonders why they only remake good movies, instead of the bad ones. IN other words, why do they remake the ones they got right instead of trying to correct the mistakes of the ones they got wrong. The Geeks don't say goodbye to David Letterman, becasue they said goodbye to him 15 years ago. This Episode of D4G was recorded at Zachry's Seafood and Steaks on 5/21/14. http://zachrys-restaurant.com
Well, after a slight delay due to Real Life interference (we've got find a way to eliminate Real Life so it can't interfere any more!), the Geeks are back, and, yes they're having dinner. Ron's back from his travels and he tells us about his trip to the Super Hero Museum in Elkhart, IN. Ryan shows us some customs that he says he will send us photos of for the facebook page. We'll see.Scott gives an update on how things are progressing with the new My Star Wars Story podcast, and if you haven't tried it, you should. Scott also talks about his trip into Steve Glosson's awesome Geek Out Loud studio. Ryan gets a gift from the super-talented Mark Kalmbach, and solicits a giveaway! THat's right, we're doing a giveaway! Listen to find out. We also read some listneer email and dicsuss out favorite candies. This episode of D$G was recorded on 10/30/14 at Zachry's Seafood and Steak http://zachrys-restaurant.com.
