Możesz lepiej przygotować ofertę współpracy, lepiej komunikować swoje atuty i skuteczniej odpowiadać na obiekcje kandydatów podczas rozmowy rekrutacyjnej.---CZEGO DOWIESZ SIĘ Z TEGO ODCINKA?Podstawa zatrudnienia — czego oczekuje kandydat? Targety i plany sprzedażowe — największa obiekcja kandydatówPlany sprzedażowe to jeden z najczęstszych powodów rezygnacji agentów z dotychczasowego pracodawcy. Możliwości awansu i budowania strukturyŚcieżki kariery, programy mentoringowe i możliwość budowania własnej struktury sprzedażowej to argumenty szczególnie ważne dla ambitnych kandydatów z potencjałem managerskim. DG shares how a final public retreat in Tulum becomes a mirror for the deeper work of releasing fear, guilt, and the need to please. The story moves from ceremony to marriage to integration, landing on a simple truth: real expansion often comes from subtraction, not more effort. • why stepping away from public retreats protects alignment and energy • how two-day ceremonies create a different level of transformation • the people pleasing dilemma behind skipping the last dinner • a first-night purge that sets up the real work • “blockage” and how bodywork surfaces stored nervous system memories • an eight-year-old fear of punishment shaping adult self-expression • guilt around travel and success traced back to earlier life patterns • relationship repair after old Florida pain resurfaces for Carly • holding space instead of defending, fixing, or coaching your partner • fear and guilt as pathways into shame and feeling not good enough • “addition by subtraction” as a mindset for growth and leadership So get yourself in the DG Mindset Academy. If you're ready to stop consuming information and start creating real transformation, the DG Mindset Academy is where the work happens. RTÉ's announcement that the salary of Derek Mooney, one of its most well-known on-air staffers, had been publicly misrepresented for years sparked a very public controversy. It prompted debate in the Dáil and an appearance for the broadcaster's director general Kevin Bakhurst before the Oireachtas media committee. At issue was how pay is calculated in the organisation, with the suspicion that, once again, when it comes to how the “talent” is being remunerated, the public are not being told the full story. And with the DG before it, the committee took the chance to talk about other presenters and their pay, including Oliver Callan and the late Sean Rocks. So what did we learn from the weeklong controversy that once again put the spotlight on RTÉ.Irish Times media columnist Hugh Linehan explains what this latest controversy means and why it differs from others that have gone before.Presented by Bernice Harrison. SDE's Approach to Solar Racking: What DG Installers Need to Know #348

Solar racking is one of the lowest-cost line items on a DG project and one of the highest-risk failure points. Kyle Sinclair, Co-founder and CEO of SDE (Sinclair Designs and Engineering), joins Tim Montague to explain how USA-made steel and 4-day commercial engineering turnarounds are solving the lead time and logistics failures that slow commercial solar projects. SDE produces 3 megawatts of racking in a single 8-hour shift. On this episode of the Clean Power Hour, host Tim Montague speaks with Kyle about the full arc of SDE's product line, from the Skyrack 2.0 fixed-tilt ground-mount system to a new I-beam solution designed for rocky soil conditions in Texas and on the West Coast. They also cover the realities of solar carport installation, including foundation risk, soil testing, and why carport projects require a fundamentally different approach than ground mount racking. Here is what you will learn in this conversation:Learn how SDE turns around residential stamped drawing packages in 2 days and commercial packages in 4 days, and why that speed has become the deciding factor for EPCs managing safe harbor deadlines.Understand the difference between C-channel and I-beam ground mount racking, including why high refusal rates in rocky soil conditions led SDE to develop a 6x9 and 6x15 I-beam solution that Kyle says is more cost-effective than most competitors' C-channel designs.Learn what every EPC should know before pricing a solar carport installation: how soil conditions drive foundation costs from $1,500 per hole to $2,800 per hole, and why planning for worst-case geotech results protects your margin.Find out how SDE holds a 95% delivery accuracy rating using ISO 9001 quality management and Keyence scanning technology integrated into their ERP system, and why that matters when your crew is at a remote site expecting a full kit.Any EPC designing projects in the Midwest or expanding into new geographies need to hear Kyle's approach to engineering for conditions that historical data no longer predicts accurately.Connect with Kyle Sinclair, SDE Kyle LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kyle-sinclair-b9b60a62/SDE Website: https://www.sinclair-designs.com/ Support the showConnect with Tim  Clean Power Hour  Clean Power Hour on YouTubeTim on TwitterTim on LinkedIn Email tim@cleanpowerhour.com Review Clean Power Hour on Apple PodcastsThe Clean Power Hour is produced by the Clean Power Consulting Group and created by Tim Montague. On the road to Rishikesh… »). On the road to Rishikesh… »).

Two towering national figures dominate today's podcast; bloobs and David Attenborough. Bloobs because John has realised he lives in heaven and he backs the Chilterns. Attenborough because John's been watching his new (filthy) TV show and Elis has been having nightmares about knocking him down the stairs.Three other culturally significant totems also feature: First there's the new DG who meets John (in a show intro that Elis labels ‘a real case study into the workings of John's mind').Then there's Steve Coogan and his historic aggressive vibing with Robins. And thirdly, and probably most importantly, there's the Cymru Connection. Elis has a new approach to reaching 50%, and all he needs is a complete list of all of Wales's teachers…If you were looking for a means to interact with the show, then look no further than the medium of email. What are the challenges of growth? What are opportunities? What if you get to create a client advisory function from scratch? Where would you start? In this special bonus episode - one of five that we will be launching every Friday for the next four weeks - is part of a special collaboration with Always a Pensions Angle Podcast by DG publishing. A few months ago at a conference hosted by DB Publishing I sat down with five leaders across the LGPS to capture their thoughts on the current state of transition among the asset pools.Trevor is a friend and long term contact of mine on the LGPS circuit. We first worked together at Lancashire County Pension Fund over 10 years ago, were co-advisers at South Yorkshire Pensions Authority and I'm now so pleased to see his success at LGPS Central, where he is Chief Client & Advisory Officer.Trevor has extensive LGPS and broader investment management experience and has worked as an investment consultant recognised as a leading expert in private market investment. Trevor has been a member of the LGPS community since working as Deputy CIO at Lancashire County Pension Fund (LCPF) and then Deputy CIO and Investment Director for Private Credit at LGPS pooling entity LPPI. In this podcast we dig in to what it means to create a client advisory role, ask about whether there is any conflict inherent in being both client and shareholder, on the part of the Administering Authorities and discuss the importance of applying internal rigour.

It's another episode of Wrestling Omakase, but this time around with a bit of a split format twist! First, John is joined by debuting guest Hal to discuss a very eventful (and apparently very divisive) NJPW Sakura Genesis show from Ryogoku (plus the two junior title matches from Korakuen a couple days earlier)! Why are people so stupid? We'll sure tell you! Then, Arametha comes back on to talk STARDOM's 3/31 Korakuen (and a surprisingly "meh" feeling about the Yokohama Arena build this year), DG's 4/6 Korakuen (their best show in god only knows how long), DDT's 4/5 Korakuen (feat. the incredibly sad Higuchi retirement), Sendai Girls' 3/27 show from Sendai PIT (with an awesome Big Hash vs. Manami title match), and finally the Universe Magic 4/6 show from Shinjuku FACE.
