Our guest today is actress Caroline Dhavernas, who stars as Dr. Alana Bloom in “Hannibal.” Dr. Bloom is a former psychology professor, FBI consultant and colleague to Will Graham (Hugh Dancy). She is also a former student of Hannibal Lecter and sometimes clashes with him over his unconventional treatments.   HANNIBAL airs Thursday nights, 10 -11pm (Eastern) on NBC
