Puntata a cura di Jacopo Bulgarini d'Elci e Livio Pacella.

One of the themes I've worked with a lot in both my personal life, as well as in my private practice over the years is healing from narcissistic abuse and codepenency. And, the flip side, on cultivating a secure, healthy relationship (first with oneself, and then, ultimately, with an intimate partner). To help go deeper into this exploration as a larger community, I've invited to join us today Carista Luminare, who has been nicknamed “The Narcissism Whisperer.” Carista Luminare, Ph.D., has more than 40 years experience as a counselor, consultant and educator to individuals, couples and families. In her private counseling practice, she integrates her lifelong research on how our early bonding patterns profoundly impact our self-identity and adult relationship dynamics. She uses her unique attachment approach to rewire relationships from insecure to secure love and well-being. Carista and I speak about: -The four main attachment styles, which she calls LoveStyles - How to heal your attachment style to become secure, if you had a traumatic or wounding experience in childhood - Why narcissism needs to be explored as a spectrum, and how low-level narcissism can be healed (while more extreme levels cannot) - Ways to recover from codependency and to reclaim your voice and sovereignty in an intimate relationship - How to apply these pro-relational tools outside of intimate relationships -And much more If you're wanting to experience healthy, secure relationships– romantically and otherwise, you'll receive a lot from Carista's wisdom today. We also talk about what really makes a narcissist want to work on their behavior, how to spot red flags as you are out there on the dating scene, and how to know when to call it quits. Carista Luminare, Ph.D., has more than 40 years experience as a counselor, consultant and educator to individuals, couples and families. We discuss what trauma bonds are, why we have them, and how our attachment style is influenced by the relationship with our primary caregiver. More about the four attachment/love styles: secure, insecure anxious, insecure avoidant, and insecure traumatic. Why people with insecure attachment styles and codependency tend to seek out narcissists and avoidants. A free tool to take a quiz on Lion and Carista’s site to see what attachment style you may be, along with resources from Sherry and Carla on overcoming codependency and gaining confidence. Some red flags to look for when dating, and what to do at the first sign of them popping up. Also, how to know when to call it quits and walk away. The narcissist and codependent agree on one thing — who is most important! A narcissist can possibly heal if they are willing to care about the feelings of their partner, own their emotions, and work to repair the situation. Yes, codependent behavior can be self absorbed as well! Is it possible for a partner with secure attachment and another with insecure attachment to work? Advice for a situation where one partner goes to therapy and tries to work on things, and the other partner doesn’t. Tweetables: “Our judgements are just reflections of things we need to work on.” — Carla “The reason narcissists and codependents get together is they most agree on who is most important!” — Lion “If you want time with your partner, then ask for it.

Learn how to match the color grade from any image to one of your own! Check out my Preset Pack for Adobe Lightroom/Adobe ACR http://theartofphotography.tv/presets The heart of color grading comes down to understanding how light and color work in the highlight, midtone and shadow areas of a photograph. In this video I'll use Adobe Photoshop to illustrate the concept and how it works. Of course this same idea can be applied to any software application that you are using for photography (Lightroom, Luminare, DX0, Capture One etc). • Understand how to sample colors and see toning in both shadow and highlight detail • find the midtones • match a color grade using a color balance adjustment layer • match a color grade using a curves adjustment layer Check out my other videos: Lightroom Presets :: Get Incredible Looking Images https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hO6s6oRPR1A The Film Look With Levels Adjustments https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQiqOinqHV4 The One Secred Lightroom Feature Every Photographer Should Be Using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7HBdMrR6Zo Canon EOS RP :: Why? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rg4C7Uipt9I Why You Should Be Using Lightroom Mobile https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNoNlJKcSNU Music is from Epidemic Sound https://goo.gl/v5wWKr AoP T-Shirts https://aop.threadless.com/ Need a website? http://squarespace.com/aop On my channel you will find videos about photography, cinematography, post processing tutorials for Capture One, Lightroom and Photoshop, photo assignments that YOU can participate in, the Artist Series and more. In this episode Leslie Luminare speaks with TruthSeekah about supernatural and psychic abilities and how they affect our lives. Leslie talks about how the supernatural has been very natural throughout her life even back into childhood. She has always had a fascination with psychic abilities and the spirit world. These experiences were normal in her childhood, so much so that she thought that everyone possessed these abilities and knew about their functions. Leslie talks about being able to communicate with animals and being able to read and sense their emotions and feelings. A deeper look into empathy shows us that we are connected with every living being on this planet from humans, to the animals as well as the plant kingdoms and beyond. Everything and everyone is an extension of ourselves therefore if any sentient being feels pain people who are very sensitive on this level feel pain within their own bodies as well. This has led people in too deep states of depression and many have no idea what they are experiencing. This is why this conversation must be had, because the pharmaceutical companies are drugging our prophets and Seers. When people talk about this unexplainable depression the doctors are quick to give you a pill to cheer you up. For those who are restless in the wee hours of the night when the veil is thin between the spirit realm and ours, there's a pill for that as well. It is our duty to educate, inform and equip those who are experiencing what is deemed as awakening symptoms. Many people much like Leslie Luminaire have been experiencing the symptoms from birth. To many this is very natural, but yet it can lead others down a path of drug and substance abuse. Now I beckon you the reader to walk in your full potential. Do something about this. Many of you reading this even now feel deep down within a connection and compassion with people who are experiencing these symptoms for you have experienced them yourself. This is what empathy is all about. SOCIAL CONNECT WITH TRUTHSEEKAH ON SOCIAL MEDIA iTunes - Facebook - YouTube - Twitter - Email -
