Gateshead FC assistant manager Ian Watson joins me this week to discuss his role at National League North side Gateshead FC. Despite Gateshead almost going out of business last season they finished in the play offs on PPG. Ian's background is mainly strength and conditioning but his future very much seems to be coaching football.
