Climbing the walls, day and night, is a mental health, cliche. Open your mouth, get things off your chest, till you loose your breath, venting soundboarding, all day, feeling peace, everyway. One thing left, to do, is put the cherry on top of you, if you're still, not satisfied, get on your knees, and die, then you'll realise, its too late, to get to heaven, and pray your state.
