RIP Hulk Hogan, South Park skewers Donald Trump, MRI machine v. a 20lb chain, Gen Z hates sex, Maz's workouts, and Jim's Picks: Top 10 Summer Songs. Wrestling superfan and WJR host Ryan Ermanni joins us to eulogize The Hulkster. He finally succumbed to a sleeper hold. Remember when Hulk Hogan said the N-Word on his sex tape? It was so hot. Chuck Mangione died as well, but is relegated to the AAA Death Triangle. Joining him there is singer Connie Francis who died last week as well. South Park absolutely killed it last night! They poked fun at Trump... and his penis size. The White House responded by claiming South Park hasn't been relevant for 20 years. The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump found out in May that his name was in the Epstein files. The birthday letter book exists. Jeffrey Epstein had a weird looking penis. Coldplay kiss cam lady Kristin Cabot FINALLY stepped down today. Take your time. A new Bonerline. Brandon's neighbor comes out with more about how David Geffen mistreated him. We call Maz before his trip to Pittsburgh tomorrow. Is he going to be able to work out tomorrow morning? What's going on with the Detroit Tigers? What are they going to do at the deadline? A Little Leaguer suspended for flipping his bat. Drew continues to pressure Maz to show up to the workout tomorrow. Dude got torn up by an MRI machine due to the 20 lb chain he was wearing. Jim's Picks: Top 10 Summer Songs. Gen Z is having WAY less sex. What a bunch of losers. Justin Timberlake is getting ragged for not singing at his recent show in Romania. More from Gwyneth Paltrow's book...She was all over Hugh Grant until Brad Pitt moved on from her. Our final interview with Hulk Hogan. If you'd like to help support the show… consider subscribing to our YouTube Channel, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (Drew Lane, Marc Fellhauer, Trudi Daniels, Jim Bentley and BranDon).

On today's edition of the cast, we take a look at songs that dominated the summer going back to 1997 and continuing through 2008, and take a look at why songs get most of their chart life and success during the summer months than any other time of the year, and how these songs came to define our summers when we were hitting up the beach, on vacation, or partaking in any other summer activities that we liked to do. We also talk about songs such as The Mighty Mighty Bosstones "The Impression That I Get", Sugar Ray's "Fly", and Red Hot Chili Peppers "Scar Tissue" that encapsulated those summers, and became recurring hits on throwback playlists for years to come. We also talk about the chart's inevitable decline, and how it's harder to have that surefire summer hit these days in the streaming era. We also play a song from Springfield, MA's own Staind and their monster smash from 2001, "It's Been Awhile".
Pastor Rodney's sermon from Psalm 96 calls us to “sing a new song to the Lord”—not just with music, but with renewed hearts, lives of worship, and bold witness. He illustrates how true worship is more than church expression; it's a daily surrender of thoughts, time, talent, treasures, and awe for God. When we live in wonder of who Jesus is, we can't help but worship passionately, testify boldly, and carry the joy of revival into our everyday lives. Listen and be challenged.Support the show

Pastor Samson's message from Psalm 91 reminded us that while attacks—both seen and unseen—are inevitable, those who dwell in the presence of God can live with unshakable confidence, knowing He is their refuge and protector. Trusting in God doesn't mean we avoid pain or hardship, but it means we are ultimately victorious through Christ, who has already conquered evil. This kind of trust is rooted not in outcomes, but in intimacy with God—and it invites us to respond by surrendering our burdens and boldly proclaiming our faith. This week's message explored how the Psalms speak to every season of life—from joy and clarity to pain and confusion. Nate Stukey challenged us to live with urgency and intentionality, warning against the drift of spiritual procrastination (Psalm 90). Sawyer Wilson called the Church to unity and mission, urging us to trade finger-pointing for gospel-pointing and to live “on earth as it is in heaven” with undivided hearts and a focus on Jesus (Psalm 86, Matthew 6, Revelation 7). Lijo George shared a powerful personal testimony through Psalm 89, encouraging us that faith is holding on to God's promises—even when it feels like He's forgotten us. Finally, Kezia Gavrila leaned into the darkness of Psalm 88, reminding us that God is present even in our deepest night, and that faith doesn't always come with tidy answers. Together, these voices reminded us that no matter what season you're in, there's a psalm for you—and a God who is faithful through it all.Support the show

After yet another unplanned lull... Episode 47 of Oh, Deer, presented by Bo's Bar & Stage is here! (Just in time for us to take an extended Summer break, of course). This one's sponsored by Restore Wellness, and not only did Ted, Lund and Co-Worker Erin have the pleasure of interviewing owner Derek Hutchins... they did it on location while each receiving an IV drip - which, after a big night out, Ted and (especially) Lund needed real bad. (16:01) You'll also hear all about The Athlete's Vegas stag party (1:11:55), Lund's (terrible) attempt at a sing-along while we discuss our favourite Summer Songs (1:33:49), and yet another round of 'Gad Mabs' (1:33:49). Pastor Rodney opened our Summer Songs collection of talks by reminding us that true joy isn't rooted in circumstances, success, or comfort—it's found in the presence of God. Drawing from Psalm 84, he showed how joy grows when we deeply desire God, dwell in His presence with others, and delight in trusting Him. Even in sorrow or struggle, God's presence brings strength, refreshment, and lasting joy that the world can't give—or take away. Listen and be challenged. Support the show

A relic from the formative years of our very own Keenan! What did the then 19 year old chubby cheeked little guy listen to? Spoiler alert, basically the same thing he listens to now. Big surprise. Today we have not one, but two very talented guests, British Invasion icons, smooth harmonizers and all-around charming gents – Chad and Jeremy. Back in the 60s while the world was busy screaming for rock and roll, Chad and Jeremy were stealing hearts with their soft, melodic folk-pop hits like “A Summer Song” and “Yesterday's Gone.” Their music was the soundtrack to daydreams, their harmonies were pure magic and to be honest, the British accents didn't hurt either. They discuss their wild ride from London to international stardom.
