Fellowship is one of God's highest calling for every believer. God has a family, tribe or community for all of us. He places the solitaires in home but the rebellious dwell in a dry land. Almost every issue in life can be traced back to the lack of boundaries. The true crisis in the earth today is a lack of healthy boundaries established in our lives. Many are afraid that they might be frowned upon because of drawing a boundary. No matter how gifted, talented or smart we are... every single person has a limit to the amount of unhealthy people we handle in our lives. Relationships, marriages, business and nations need boundaries to co-exist without breaking honorable principles. I pray that as you listen to this that you will receive the courage to establish healthy boundaries in your life, churches, places of work or organizations.
One of Gods desires for us in the earth is to fulfill our destiny. There are many people today who have created their life based on someone else's ability or capacity. In doing so they have forsaken the skill and anointing that God ordained for them. This is a critical decision. If we are not called to it, we will not have the skill and anointing for it. The chance of us hurting others becomes larger in the end because we are operating outside of our lane. "and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you," 1 Thessalonians 4:11 It is a qualification to be skilled and anointed. This theme is found all throughout the scriptures join me today as we unravel this subject!
His presence has a purpose. Having a good voice is not the only qualification to becoming a worship leader. It's a major one; however, being able to see where the service is going is just as important. If you can't see anything, you can't lead any- thing. You can sing backup, but your gift can't lead us into the presence of God because you can't see.
Create process that create an environment where people are measured based on their results not their methods. Proper people placement prevents problems. Don't fill a spot just because is empty. Fill it with the right person for your team.
Joseph thrived in the times of famine. Don't allow false expectations of yourself to create moments that will make you feel as if you are failing. Create a realistic plan and be flexible to adjust. Creativity caps can make you feel discouraged. Allow God to give you insight for your creativity.
Don't carry burdens that are not for you. There are many relationships that fall apart because people will impose their issues on you. Find out how to be free from issues that are not meant to be carried by you.
