I'd like you to join me in discussing your emotional cup. What it is, how to fill it, and how to consciously choose. As humans, it is part of our design to need choice and control. Often we seek it out in unhealthy ways and ways that we can't control, or we don't get a choice. And, when we seek choice and control, it is where we need to go inwards. When we seek inwards, we get to consciously choose where our choice lies and what we can control. What we can control is within. All else only causes us chaos and turmoil. When we know where we are emotionally, we have a choice on how to proceed. This allows us to choose. It empowers us to have that control that we desperately need. So, join me as I talk about this emotional cup we all have, what to do when it is low, what not to do, and ways to fill it. This also serves as a relationship meter that allows us to connect with love, instead of discord. When we consciously choose, we intentionally allow ourselves to lead with love and connection.
