This episode features the hosts tasting a sample of Cask no. 1 from London based distillery, Bimber. Cask No. 1 is an ex-bourbon cask filled on the 26th May 2016. Bimber's process has evolved over time so the equipment involved in creating the first batch of spirit differs from the one currently in place. A piece of modern history is being tasted here - its likes may never be seen again...
