This week on Connected to Chicago, Nick Gale talks to Alderman Raymond Lopez (15th Ward), about crime and some recent developments in the Chicago city council. A large disturbance in the central business district last week has raised concerns for additional events involving youth groups committing thefts and violent attacks, and Ald.
