In this guest-hosted episode of the Derek Hunter Podcast, columnist Dean Karayanis — New York Sun columnist and longtime member of Rush Limbaugh's “highly overrated staff” — dives into a wide-ranging, culturally sharp monologue exploring how modern society has cheapened life, diluted powerful historical lessons, and substituted serious political discourse with empty media crosstalk. Dean reacts to the Democratic Nazi candidate for Senate in Maine, Graham Platner, smearing Senator Collins (who voted to convict President Trump in his second impeachment trial) “set me to die” in Iraq, contrasting it with General George S. Patton's authentic, uncompromising World War II ethos. He explores how the cinematic portrayal of Patton by George C. Scott has shaped our collective memory of war, and how Hollywood narratives have warped our understanding of historical conflicts like Vietnam. Turning a critical eye toward the media landscape, Dean dissects the tragic passing of hockey legend Claude Lemieux, using it to launch a stark, data-driven critique of Canada's controversial MAID (Medical Assistance in Dying) program. Drawing from his own professional background in veterinary medicine, he explains the profound psychological toll that ending life takes on the human brain and warns against a culture that treats human existence as a mere "clump of cells." Finally, Dean analyzes the upcoming Texas Senate race involving James Talarico, the pitfalls of Republicans relying on cheap mockery instead of serious policy persuasion, and the return of The Washington Star. He wraps up the hour with a refreshing media contrast: Michael Keaton's viral, purely entertaining commencement speech at Kent State, proving that public figures can still choose to uplift an audience rather than make everything about themselves in service of left-wing politics.

David shares the recent tragedy on Belmont University's campus in the shooting of the popular freshman, accomplished musician Jillian Ludwig . He tells us about the impact of this horrible incident on his students. The entire nation took note - raising the issue of gun control. David asks a provocative question: "Am I responsible for the lies that other people voice in my presence unchallenged?" When we are silent, we normalize. The conversation picks up Part I - discussing David's assertion that all of us -because we are human - are "religious." There exists good and bad/toxic and healthy religion. We must apply critical thinking to discern. Dr. Dark agrees with Christopher Hitchens that there is a form of religion that "poisons everything." To illustrate, they consider a diverse collection of individuals including Colin Kaepernick, Howard Thurman, Rush Limbaugh, and Donald Trump. In conclusion, David shares his long-time work in the Tennessee prison system - regrettably, a for-profit enterprise.David Dark - PART 1 Life's Too Short To Pretend We Aren't ReligiousSupport the showBecome a Patron - Click on the link to learn how you can become a Patron of the show. Dean Karayanis steps behind the microphone for Derek Hunter on Memorial Day 2026. Reflecting on a successful stint hosting on WMAL, Dean balances a deep reverence for America's fallen heroes with a sharp, unfiltered look at the nation's current political and cultural landscape. A New York Sun columnist and former Rush Limbaugh staffer, Dean delves into a recent New York Times report regarding sexual harassment on Capitol Hill, dismissing the specific reporting as an "open secret" and a "system protecting itself" while demanding actual accountability and the release of protected names from lawmakers. The monologue shifts to look at media double standards, the weaponization of the term "election deniers," and a critical review of climate journalism after scientists officially retired their most extreme, long-term global warming scenario. Bringing the episode back to the core meaning of Memorial Day, Dean plays a clip from his History Author Show interview with Jeff Gottesfeld on his beautifully illustrated children's book, “21 Steps: Guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.” The book explores the history, exactitude, and absolute dedication of the Tomb's Honor Guard that stands watch in silence, honoring those who sacrificed everything — including their names — for American liberty. Dean closes the show with a heartfelt thank you to Gold Star families and a call to protect the American experiment from ongoing domestic division.

Dean Karayanis, New York Sun columnist and former Rush Limbaugh staffer, broadcasts straight from the writing shed to break down the media's relentless narrative control, the assault on free speech standards, and why the erasure of historical truth matters in Christopher Nolan's “The Odyssey.” Dean will be guest-hosting for Derek at WMAL on Friday, May 22nd. Dean exposes the mainstream media's predictable meltdown over a clip of President Donald Trump talking about White House ballroom budgets, pointing out how journalists manipulate language to manufacture "all-caps EXPLOSIONS." He then dives into the brewing cultural controversy surrounding Hollywood's new adaptation of Homer's “The Odyssey.” Reacting to comments from The View's Sunny Hostin and actor John Leguizamo, Dean delivers a powerful defense of Greek history and culture. As a person of Greek ancestry, he takes aim at the hypocrisy of "cultural appropriation" rules, detailing the historical trauma of the Greek genocide and explaining why Hollywood's double standards insult true minority populations. Later in the program, Dean addresses the dangerous trend of government-backed censorship, sounding the alarm on Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's (AOC) calls to "rein in" the media environment and weaponize the FCC. He draws parallels to George Orwell's “1984,” highlighting how figures like former FBI Director James Comey celebrate using the legal process as a punishment against political enemies. Finally, Dean honors actress Gina Carano for winning her free speech battle against Disney and calls on conservatives to defend the U.S. Constitution as the ultimate bulwark against modern-day despots.

On today's episode, we discuss how AI-generated memes and ads are reshaping modern politics, focusing on Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt's over‑the‑top spots that seem to help him more than hurt him. The hosts describe how Pratt brands himself as “common sense” rather than Republican or Democrat, uses humorous AI videos to hammer issues like homelessness, illegal immigration, and policing, and has provoked such a reaction that Karen Bass skipped a planned debate and even aired a now‑pulled ad that unintentionally made him look good. They explore whether this style of viral, absurdist political content is the future of campaigns, comparing it to Rush Limbaugh's old “illustrating the absurd with the absurd” approach and imagining entire streaming compilations of 2026's wildest political commercials. In the second half, the conversation shifts closer to home with a deep dive into Louisiana's tax structure, explaining how the state uniquely taxes goods both “in the back door and out the front door,” creating double‑layered sales and inventory taxes that burden businesses like Lowe's with major accounting headaches. The group closes by joking about a fake “legalized prostitution” meme and using it to highlight how confusing policy language can be for ordinary citizens trying to understand what their legislature is actually doing. Dean Karayanis, New York Sun columnist and former Rush Limbaugh staffer, delivers a fast‑moving, historically grounded, and sharply opinionated monologue that blends humor, cultural memory, and political critique. He opens with a Mel Brooks WWII anecdote — using it as a springboard to contrast Allied sacrifice with the brutality of Iran's regime and how a Jewish kid from Brooklyn and Nazis could give each other their due but President Trump's critics cannot. From there, its reflections on the recent U.S. rescue of a downed airman in Iran, arguing that critics refuse to acknowledge success because it disrupts their preferred narrative about President Trump and American military capability. Dean skewers foreign commentators, media outlets, and political figures who frame the rescue as a “failure” or “gamble,” highlighting what he sees as deliberate distortion. He draws on pop‑culture touchstones — Batman Begins, Jaws, Rambo — to illustrate how institutions and pundits often move the goalposts, dismiss victories, or twist facts to maintain a predetermined storyline. Throughout the episode, he contrasts Hollywood cynicism with real‑world heroism, emphasizing the value America places on rescuing its own. The conversation expands into broader reflections on war reporting, historical amnesia, and the persistence of anti‑American sentiment. Karayanis cites military assessments, past conflicts, and media behavior during hurricanes and crises to argue that critics are invested not in accuracy but in undermining the administration. He closes by examining Trump's version of Nixon's “Madman Theory” ahead of his warning that Tuesday will be “Power Plant and Bridge Day” when they're destroyed — framed as strategic psychological pressure — and advises not to let partisan narratives overshadow the reality of American success on the battlefield.

Annika Brockschmidt sits down with historian AJ Bauer to dismantle the long-standing myth that the "liberal media" narrative was a natural reaction to biased reporting. Bauer, drawing from his book Making the Liberal Media, traces a century-long strategic project that began not with an outcry against progressivism, but with conservative efforts in the 1930s and 40s to flip a then-right-leaning press. From the grassroots mobilization of oil tycoon HL Hunt's Facts Forum to the calculated exploitation of the Fairness Doctrine, Bauer reveals how the American Right didn't just abandon mainstream journalism—they systematically built a parallel media universe by borrowing tactics from the very progressive reformers they claimed to oppose. The conversation dives deep into the ideological split between William F. Buckley's quest for respectability and the John Birch Society's alternative infrastructure, showing how both paths converged to create the modern conservative media machine. Bauer explains how the "objectivity imperative" of the 20th century actually left mainstream journalists vulnerable to right-wing pressure, forcing them to constantly look over their "rightward shoulder" to prove their lack of bias. By the time the Fairness Doctrine was abolished in 1987, the groundwork had been laid for the rise of Rush Limbaugh and Fox News, ultimately transforming conservative media from a movement tool into an independent power source that paved the way for the Trump era. Dean also unpacks the bizarre uncertainty surrounding Iran's leadership, questioning why Western media treats the Ayatollah as alive despite no proof: “You can't negotiate with a ghost.” He draws parallels to pop culture — from Woody Allen's “Sleeper” to John Gill on the Nazi episode of “Star Trek” — to highlight how easily narratives can be manufactured. The episode then shifts to U.S. politics: Trump's messaging strategy, the GOP's internal fractures, and the danger of relying on personality over principles. Dean warns that Republicans must rediscover ideological consistency rather than “count on… everything going back to normal when he's gone.” He closes with media bias in coverage of war crimes, where analysis shows only Israel and America are ever accused of them but not Iran in the first three weeks of the war, as well as the geopolitical stakes of Iran's nuclear ambitions, and the overlooked voices of Iranians who oppose their regime. As always, Dean blends history, humor, and sharp critique to frame the week's events with context and clarity.

How the rise of the culture wars afflicts the politics of education.  On August 9, 2022, the Denton Independent School District held a meeting to address complaints about its libraries. Like so many districts in Texas and across the country, Denton had been responding to accusations that children had access to inappropriate books at school. During the public comment session, a local man stood up to the podium and read a sexually explicit passage from a book that he wanted removed from Denton's school libraries. But beguiled by the prospect of securing a political win, he had confused the title of the lurid psychological thriller he read aloud with a young adult fiction series about mermaids. While his attempt to ban a book that was never in Denton's school libraries in the first place received a few laughs, it also reflects a deeply serious and troubling culture of conflict that has taken over the politics of education and now divides people so completely as to make public education as a shared endeavor seem impossible.  In Willing Warriors, Mark Hlavacik shows how the culture wars have redefined the politics of US schooling from the 1970s to the present through vivid accounts of public controversies featuring Allan Bloom, Oprah Winfrey, Lynne Cheney, Rush Limbaugh, Betsy DeVos, Nikole Hannah-Jones, and others. Beginning in the 1970s, Hlavacik shows, efforts at innovation in schooling have increasingly been met by attempts to discredit them through exposé. As the culture wars have accelerated and exploded, this cycle of innovation and exposé has embroiled public schools in increasingly heated debates. He explains the dynamics that make curriculum controversies so intractable and confronts the delicate question of whether raucous public arguments are bad for education. With clarity and insight, Hlavacik reveals why bitter contests between educational ideologies not only add another burden for the schools, but also for the people—the willing warriors—who devote their lives to fighting for their betterment. The crew teases Glenn about paying a hefty down payment without even having a VIN yet, trading jokes about whether his truck has been “born” while they keep spotting new, non‑Beast Cybertrucks cruising around Ruston. Glenn explains the differences between regular Foundation Series trucks and the fully loaded Beast—with off‑road hardware and subtle badging that's hard to spot unless you're right up on it. They also get into the quirks of stainless‑steel exteriors, why Glenn plans to wrap his truck in satin black with a protective ceramic layer, and how that kills James's dream of a raw‑steel “Back to the Future”‑style time‑machine look. A detour into music history follows, as they reminisce about Blondie, Deborah Harry, early rock‑rap crossovers, and the 80s glam and grunge acts Rush Limbaugh once roasted. Throughout, the conversation blends consumer‑law style questions about deposits and delivery promises with pop‑culture riffs, friendly ribbing, and James's pledge to adopt a Rush‑style “stack of stuff” and a stopwatch so the show actually ends on time. Dean Karayanis, former Rush Limbaugh staffer and New York Sun columnist, steps in for Derek Hunter. The show digs into the 2026 war with Iran, a critique of media "elites," and a reflection on the shifting tides of American foreign policy and cultural resilience. The New York Times' skepticism regarding Israel's "decapitation" strategy against Iranian leadership is debunked with historical parallels to the fall of the Nazi regime. Dean pulls no punches on the resignation of National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent, the "trust policies" of Fairfax County that he argues are endangering citizens, and the curious silence of the "Arab Street" as Iran's proxies face dismantling. The episode rounds out with a cultural critique — moving from the "woke" re-branding of Texas Democrats to the aspirational, colorblind philosophy of Star Trek's original series. It's a masterclass in connecting historical precedent to the chaotic reality of 2026. The Iran Conflict: Why "decapitating" leadership works and why the media is desperate to find "pragmatic" terrorists. NATO & The "Ugly American": A look at France and Ireland's critiques of U.S. policy and why Dean agrees with Lord Palmerston that nations have no permanent allies, just permanent interests. Domestic Security: The tragic murder of Stephanie Minter and the "trust policies" hampering law enforcement. Dean Karayanis, Rush Limbaugh staffer and columnist at the New York Sun, delivers a fast-paced analysis of the ongoing conflict in Iran, contrasting current military actions with historical precedents. Despite media negativity and "Trump Derangement Syndrome," the Trump Administration's aggressive stance is a necessary victory against a regime that has threatened — and taken — American lives since the 1979 hostage crisis. Key discussion points include: The War in Iran: Touting military's success, emphasizing that the U.S. has significantly degraded Iranian leadership and neutralized threats without suffering the high casualty rates seen in previous conflicts. Historical Comparisons: A dive into the 1983 invasion of Grenada and how President Reagan "reset the clock" for American prestige. A vintage “Saturday Night Live” parody of Time-Life illustrates how media attitudes toward military victory have shifted — and not for the better. The "Jolene Doctrine": A scathing critique of General Stanley McChrystal's recent comments, mocking McChrystal's use of Dolly Parton lyrics to criticize the war effort, questioning the general's own record regarding the Pat Tillman investigation and the Afghan withdrawal. Domestic Politics & Crime: Rather than focus on the terrorist and the ideology, the commonwealth attorney prosecuting the ROTC attack at Old Dominion, Ramin Fatehi, blames a "national sickness" — our Second Amendment rights — as if we haven't had that for 250 years, but open borders and importing people who hate us plays no role. President Trump gets blamed for three murders in a Utah national part because some park rangers — who are not law enforcement — may have been laid off. The broadside ignores that crime in America is down to levels not seen since 1900 under this presidency. A clip of James Carville claiming to be “an instrument of God's will” and proudly touting his “hate” and “Trump Derangement Syndrome” as expression of Christ's will. It's the ravings of an angry, bitter guy who's hilarious in his frustration about his party's failures — a frustration similar to a man in a house of prostitution who forgot his Viagra. St. Patrick's Day Special: Closing on a lighter note, Dean plugs his History Author Show interview with Irene Levy Baker on her book, “Cheers to McGillin's: Philly's Oldest Tavern,” that being McGillin's Old Ale House in Philadelphia, founded in 1860.

Some episodes start with laughs. This one starts with a warning. When a convicted ISIS supporter is released from prison and then allegedly shows up at the center of another attack, it's not politics as usual. It's not abstract. It's not theoretical. Lives are at stake. So the question hanging over everything is simple: how many warnings does this country need before people start taking terrorism seriously again? The fellas — Josh Holmes, Comfortably Smug, Michael Duncan, and John Ashbrook — start this episode where it matters. The Old Dominion attack, the synagogue attack in Michigan, and the reality that DHS funding has been blocked while terror threats continue to rise. Then… because the news cycle refuses to stop being insane… things take a turn. Because while America is dealing with real threats, Iran's regime is busy looking like the world's most dysfunctional dictatorship.

In this episode of the Derek Hunter Podcast, guest host Dean Karayanis, New York Sun columnist and former Rush Limbaugh staffer, delivers a sharp-witted and historical analysis of the escalating conflict with Iran. Following the death of the previous Ayatollah, Dean mocks the appointment of his son, Mojtaba Khamenei, by the "Council of Experts" — a puppet organization designed to maintain a hereditary dictatorship under the guise of an Islamic “Republic.” He targets Western media, like the New York Times, for "romanticizing" the new leader as a "man of mystery" rather than a standard fanatic. The IRIS Dena vs. The Belgrano Strategy: A significant portion of the show is dedicated to Dean's recent column for the New York Sun, where he compares the recent sinking of the Iranian frigate IRIS Dena to the 1982 sinking of the ARA General Belgrano during the Falklands War. Just as the Argentine junta claimed the Belgrano was "sailing away" and outside an Exclusion Zone, Iran and its supporters are framing the destruction of the Dena as a war crime because it was in international waters. The Reality: Karayanis cites historical evidence—including a 1982 BBC interview with Margaret Thatcher and later admissions by the Belgrano's captain—to argue that "international waters" do not grant immunity to enemy combatants executing tactical maneuvers. In truth, the Dena was warned twice by the U.S. and offered safe harbor by India, but the captain chose to proceed, making the ship a legal military target. The Culture of Mockery and Free Speech: A broader critique of "useful idiots" in the West and the decline of creative freedom. Dean creative diversity, critiquing the "X-Men Reboot" social media account, arguing that modern writers have turned characters into political avatars for themsevles. He uses Nightcrawler and Magneto as examples of how true diversity includes diversity of belief and internal conflict. British "Tools of Hate": Dean mocks the U.K. labor government's labeling of the Union Jack and St. George's Cross as “symbols of hate,” exposed in a leaked report, a stance that outraged liberal (but not leftist) John Cleese. “The Germans” episode of Cleese's landmark series, “Fawlty Towers, illustrates that comedy is being stifled by people who refuse to analyze the "butt of the joke," which is often the person being unreasonable, not the victims of history. Dean concludes with a message of resilience, urging listeners to support the "flying machines" and the brave individuals fighting to dismantle the Iranian regime, while maintaining a sense of humor in the face of global tension.

Drawing on his years working for Rush Limbaugh, the host argues that the "mystery" of how to handle tyrants has finally been solved through a return to the "Sunday Punch" philosophy of Theodore Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. The episode dismantles common foreign policy "myths," specifically the idea that "you can't kill an idea." With a blend of dark humor and historical grit, the host posits that ideas live in heads—and when those heads are removed, the idea dies with them. He contrasts the current administration's forceful military action against decades of "mealy-mouthed" diplomacy, specifically calling out the failures of the Carter and Biden eras. Infused with pop-culture references—from Animal House and Pulp Fiction to Shaka Zulu—this episode is a victory lap for American strength, arguing that the only way to ensure peace is to make the price of "Death to America" slogans too high to pay.

Buck's Book Launch! Clay Travis & Buck Sexton give a reflective and emotional acknowledgment of the five‑year anniversary of Rush Limbaugh’s passing, honoring the legacy of the man whose influence built the foundation of the show’s audience. Clay and Buck describe the day as meaningful for longtime listeners and express gratitude for the community that followed Rush and now follows them. Producers Ali and Greg created a podcast honoring Rush in the Clay and Buck feed that features clips going back to the 90s and highlights many callers to the program. From there, the hour transitions into a major milestone: the release of Buck Sexton’s first book, Manufacturing Delusion. Buck explains the book’s themes—how the political left uses indoctrination, psychological manipulation, and propaganda to reshape public thinking—and shares insight into his CIA‑related experiences that informed several chapters. Clay encourages listeners to buy the book, noting its relevance to current political and cultural battles, especially surrounding issues of mental health, identity, and media manipulation. The conversation pivots sharply into breaking national news: yet another mass shooting carried out by a transgender‑identifying individual. Clay details the disturbing pattern of recent trans‑identified shooters—in Nashville, Minneapolis, British Columbia, and now Rhode Island—and highlights what he calls alarming media dishonesty, such as outlets refusing to identify perpetrators by biological sex. The hosts describe the Rhode Island shooter, a biological male who transitioned late in life, abandoned his family, and ultimately murdered relatives at a public hockey event before killing others. Clay and Buck argue that cultural messaging about “affirmation” has normalized delusion rather than treating mental illness, and they question whether hormone‑related medications, untreated psychological disorders, or ideological extremism contribute to the rising violence. They emphasize that society would never affirm the hallucinations of someone with schizophrenia, so affirming gender‑identity delusions is not compassionate—it’s dangerous. The Crazy Left Congressman Jim Jordan, who joins to discuss the latest on Capitol Hill. Jordan outlines ongoing border‑security battles, sanctuary‑city policies, and potential legislation that would allow local law‑enforcement agencies to cooperate with federal immigration authorities even when state governments attempt to block them. He highlights the staggering number of criminal migrants released by sanctuary jurisdictions and the urgent need for federal preemption in immigration enforcement. Jordan also offers a broad strategic look at the upcoming midterms, arguing that Republicans must contrast their record of border security, economic growth, and school‑choice initiatives with what he calls the Democratic Party’s “normal versus crazy” policy agenda. Before closing the interview, Clay and Buck ask Jordan about other trending issues, including the Winter Olympics and the viral curling controversy, which he humorously weighs in on. The hosts then return to a high‑profile national mystery: the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. They discuss the latest update—that a glove found near her home did not match DNA inside the house—and reflect on the outsized media attention the case continues to attract despite minimal new information. Clay suggests that America’s fascination with true‑crime storytelling, especially among female viewers, is driving the intense coverage even as actionable developments remain scarce. It's Hard to Hate the Guy Clay and Buck preview their upcoming trip to Texas for the first major primary of the 2026 cycle. They examine the high‑stakes Texas Senate race, noting the competitive three‑way Republican contest among John Cornyn, Ken Paxton, and Wesley Hunt, as well as a brewing controversy on the Democratic side. The hosts break down the explosive dispute surrounding Democratic candidate James Talarico’s appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert—an interview CBS declined to air over equal‑time concerns. Colbert publicly blasted CBS executives on his show, turning the incident into a political moment. Clay argues that this conveniently boosts Talarico’s visibility while sidelining rival Jasmine Crockett, suggesting Democratic power players may be orchestrating a soft‑landing for their preferred candidate just as Texans begin early voting. Honoring Rush Limbaugh Clay and Buck give Rush Limbaugh a hat tip and honor him on the five-year anniversary of his passing. They also discuss the FCC’s scrutiny of political favoritism in late‑night TV, referencing FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr’s challenges to the idea that partisan talk shows should remain exempt from equal‑time rules. Buck notes that corporate media dominance by left‑leaning networks is finally being openly acknowledged after decades of pretending neutrality. The hosts compare the current era to the “Daily Show effect,” where comedy was long used as a shield to disguise political messaging. They argue that Colbert’s outrage reflects the media’s desire to maintain partisan influence without regulatory scrutiny. The hour expands into a wider election-season conversation—including the national implications of control of the House and Senate in 2026. Clay emphasizes that the Senate may hold greater long‑term stakes than the House due to aging Supreme Court justices and the potential for major judicial vacancies. They discuss prior examples, such as Justice Anthony Kennedy’s strategically timed retirement versus Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s decision to stay on the bench, underscoring how elections shape the judiciary for generations. Clay and Buck also take VIP listener emails and talkback messages, fielding questions about potential 2028 Democratic presidential contenders—including Mark Kelly, Josh Shapiro, and Gretchen Whitmer—and the role of intelligence, competence, and electability within the field. This segues into broader reflections on generational language (“back in the day”), the cultural reference points of the 1980s and 1990s, and how political memory shifts across age groups. -Rob honors Rush Limbaugh's legacy, sharing personal stories about writing comedy bits like “Capitol Hill Bank” and reflecting on how Rush fought through attacks, deafness, and decades of media savagery -Nick Shirley's voter-fraud investigation takes listeners to storage units, boarded-up buildings, and even a registered voting dog, as Rob argues that California's election system looks more like a DMV escape room than a ballot box. -Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer joins on the Newsmax hotline, breaking down Ukraine peace negotiations, alleged corruption in aid spending, and why any action against Iran must be strategic — not another 20-year nation-building fiasco. How to Celebrate Presidents' Day Without Really Trying

Dean Karayanis, New York Sun columnist, host of the History Author Show, and former member of Rush Limbaugh's highly overrated staff, sits in for Derek. Mondays are becoming a regular thing! Topics include highlighting the success of Angel Studios, which is out with the enjoyable “Solo Mio” starring Kevin James and will have “Young Washington” this summer. Plus, a discussion of how to look and presidents, some anecdotes, and warnings about “celebrity historians” who shade the facts. Marco Rubio tells NATO allies what they fear to hear. “Irish Twitter” gets angry at Dean for pointing out the aid and comfort so many in their country gave Nazi Germany and Hamas as they rushed to tout Seamus Culleton as an innocent Irish victim of “fascist” America, only to learn he fled his country on drug charges and abandoned his two beautiful little girls before marrying a U.S. citizen last year in hopes of avoiding deportation for overstaying his visa by 16 years. “In the future, everybody will be Hitler for 15 minutes,” with apologies to Andy Warhol, as the Democrats slowly move on from Trump being Hitler to the next Republican, as they have done since FDR likened his GOP opponent to the Fuhrer while World War II was still raging. The show closes with a word from the first president ever captured in audio, Benjamín Harrison, and another clip from the archives: President William McKinley.
