The mission of Jesus and the mission of the Church is to bring all people into the New Covenant established by Jesus and fully realized in the Church He established.

Only Jesus can bring us to the heavenly Jerusalem, and only if we humble ourselves.

Salvation isn't automatic or guaranteed. We have to take up our cross and (truly) follow Jesus.
