At the end of it all we go back and forth on trying to succeed and be a team player, although at times we get a little catty.
Michelle is a good friend of Eric's and our first official guest in the new studio. We had the pleasure to sit with Michelle and have her tell us about her journey of loosing 80lbs over the last year. Triggered by seeing herself in a photo from a recent vacation, she realized she "hated" what she saw. Her story was very inspiring and quite the journey that continues with today.
