Thank you to all the brave men and women who have served this great country. When you adopt a Zero F*ck's Attitude something great happens. You don't let people get under your skin. You don't care what people say about you because you aren't giving away your power to them. You're taking your power back. This attitude is not about rude, non-caring or indifferent. It's about not giving people your energy who don't deserve you. When you become stronger and more resilient you start pulling away from people who are toxic and are trying to bring you down. What happens when you try to blank your mind and in the process of accomplishing that goal it gives you clarity…
As people awaken, it will be hard for evil to hide. The MSM's role in spreading lies and manipulation also includes the alt media. First up today is a long video roundup of truth. Ancient Gods and slave soldiers. Enki, Baal, and Marduk enter the chat. The Brotherhood of the Serpent, and all their friends. So they will use the media to lie and distort. Maintain autonomy by not playing the game. If enough people opt out, we win. Look at what the right did to you in 2016 thru 2019. Hijacking the effort with operation Gridlock. We should all focus on what really matters. Influence ops have no values or morals. Adding to their data metrics just helps them. Zero F's given about their feelings. A team effort to create a facade. Not everyone has the ability to be saved. The conspiracy theories that surround people are uncontrolled. Influencers nudge and push. Call them out as idiots. Let's utilize their strategy and then drop them. Don't forget that we drive the news. Do what helps you learn. Let's enjoy watching the media sequestration. We have to move tech forward, but how? People want to use it, so someone will. There is only one real solution and it will always be about humanity's love for each other. Happy Valentine's Day.
EP 106: Zero F**ks is the perfect way to describe my guest, Jennifer Fisher of @jenniferfisherjewelry and @jenniferfisherkitchen. In this 12 minute minisode, we talked about the “art of not giving a f**k”, muting the peanut gallery, embracing authenticity and the importance of your mindset in midlife. Jen's story is so inspiring and she's overcome some pretty serious medical obstacles that geared her towards accomplishing her goals and living her passions. Talk about a midlife hottie who practices what she preaches! Are you looking for some midlife inspo and “bad assery”? I am! Sick of waiting to take that first step? Worrying that others are judging you? Need a little “push” out of the midlife waiting room, then this episode is definitely for you. I am doing a quick golden nugget mini-sode excerpt for you from one of my highest downloaded episodes to date. This conversation was so motivating for me to revisit that I just had to share it with all of you. It's rad! In this episode of The Skeptical Shaman podcast, host Rachel White (of TOTEM Readings) chats with Cardsy B, aka Rebecca Szymczak, the host of the Hex and the City podcast and author of The Saturn Diaries. Cardsy B is a working witch, tarot card reader, and intuitive coach that has published her own tarot deck-- a bit like our host here at The Skeptical Shaman. In this episode, we explore the question: "What happens when the planets stop being polite, and start getting real?"We go deep on the impact crater of our Saturn Return astrological phases, exploring the dark turns our lives can take as the planets wreak havoc. But it isn't all breakups and breakdowns-- sometimes, it's a really big breakthrough, and one that transforms our lives and sets us up for success long into the future. The power of Cardsy's message lies in her "Zero F*cks" policy and radical honesty, laying bare her biggest struggles with a sense of humor, perspective and desire to help others avoid the pitfalls she stepped into along the way.Of course, we satisfy the bloodthirsty, Sumerian gods-- *ahem*-- I mean our sponsor, the TOTEM Tarot Deck, by pulling a card to tie the whole damn dynamic chat together. Nicholle Overkamp, MBA, ChFC, CDFA is the CEO and Founder of Wilcox Financial Group — a firm offering financial planning for women — and PowHERhouse Money Coaching, an education and coaching company empowering women to live the lives they deserve. As a financial planner and retirement planning specialist, she holds FINRA series seven and 66 registrations in addition to life and health insurance licenses. Nicholle is a board member of Girl Scouts of Western New York, the co-author of Money Bitch!, and the 2013 Woman of the Year recipient for the American Business Woman's Association of WNY. In this episode… When faced with adversity, women often turn to men for financial support. This arises from a lack of education and confidence surrounding asset management. How can you gain clarity and empowerment to manage your affairs independently? After a boating accident that left her husband in a coma, certified financial analyst Nicholle Overkamp had to manage separate business finances single-handedly. She became inspired to coach women entrepreneurs on complex business and personal financial issues. Nicholle maintains that financial planning and advising should include community support systems and address habits, behaviors, and emotions about money. In this episode of the Lead Like a Woman Show, Andrea Heuston invites Nicholle Overkamp, the Founder and CEO of Wilcox Financial Group and PowHERhouse Money Coaching, to discuss financial education for women entrepreneurs. Nicholle talks about the boating accident that altered her business' trajectory and the catalyst for her coaching businesses and book.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing how I feel after taking 30 days off of social media and what it has taught me. I feel reborn, re-energized, reinvigorated, clear, and like I've finally found my authentic self again. We're diving into all of the realizations I've had about life and business in the last 30 days and how you can create a sustainable business based on what brings you joy, not what anyone else is telling you that you should do on social media. We're diving into: How social media and the way that the coaching industry presents itself impacted how I showed up online and diluted my own personal magic. How highlight reel culture influenced my self-esteem. How I plan to show up on social media when I do decide to return and where I'm going to pour my creativity into. Finding joy in taking action and leaning into your feminine energetics instead of focusing on what other people or platforms tell you to do. Sometimes we say that we give zero f's, but do we really? It honestly takes a long time to get there, but if you are truly living in alignment and committed to living as your true self, giving zero f's becomes the norm. This episode came from an Instagram post that Jill saw that didn't serve as an inspiration to live this way, but rather a reminder that she is going in the right direction. Many times we have to peel back so many layers to realize the ah-ha that we're going the right way, but just know that you aren't seeing this and feeling this for no reason. This is your mirror. This is right where you need to be going. Are you ready? ------------------ The Be You podcast is hosted by Jill Herman, a champion of women's empowerment, personal development, women helping women, and being yourself without apology. Each episode features Jill's experiences with personal development and her journey to being yourself, sometimes featuring guests who are prime examples of women helping women. Being a boss no longer just refers to achievement in the workplace. Personal development and prioritizing being yourself are key ingredients in the women's empowerment movement. Jill has built a community of women helping women so that each one can reach their full potential as the badass bosses they are. Whether you're already a champion of women's empowerment, you're interested in personal development, you'd like advice on being yourself, you're looking for a community of women helping women, or you're just here for Jill's lessons and entertainment, the Be You podcast is for you. ------------------ Lisa Bilyeu on women's empowerment: “Cheer for your girls like you got pom-poms at a pep rally.” - Lisa Bilyeu Lisa Bilyeu on women helping women: “Choose your life's board members like you're building a Fortune 500 company.” - Lisa Bilyeu Lisa Bilyeu on being a boss: “Be brave. Midlife and menopause can do a number on our sexual selves. Our bodies are changing. We can feel more anxious and less self-confident. After years of taking care of others, we can lose sight of ourselves. Sex might be the last thing on our minds. If that makes you sad, take heart. It doesn't have to be that way. You can find body–and sexual–confidence with age. And it starts with self-love, which as this week's guest Lou Featherstone explains doesn't just mean a fuzzy appreciation of yourself. It means masturbation–literally getting back in touch with what makes you feel good sexually, which in turn can make you feel calmer, happier, and more self-confident. Plus, it's good for vaginal health. Lou recently toured the US in a vintage Bluebird bus spreading sex positivity as well as busting myths about midlife and menopause along the way. We talk all about that journey and much more.Lou Featherstone is a 50-something mom on a mission to help women of all ages be completely confident in themselves, encouraging them to fall back in love with themselves and rediscover what it truly means to feel sexy, no matter their age. As the self-described founding member of the Zero F*cks Club, she is helping others grow old disgracefully! From drag shows to pole dancing, from radio shows to keynote speeches, she's been showing others that menopause and aging aren't all doom and gloom. He's a NASCAR winner. He co-owns a race team with Michael Jordan. He's not afraid to tell it like it is. Denny Hamlin joins Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Mike Davis at the table for a bold and honest conversation about the sport. Hamlin comes in "full send" mode with his takes on the sport and the direction it is headed. His unique perspective, as a current competitor and car owner, gives him an even bigger voice at the table. Boy, does he use it! While he is candid about what he feels isn't right, he points out that his intentions are to make the sport better. Sometimes Denny's presence and opinions on social platforms and in the media have created controversy, but his voice has become one of a leader in the garage. Hamlin opens up about the conversations he's had with NASCAR CEO Jim France about the potential expansion of his team, 23XI Racing, and how they are on hold until further notice. Denny talks about what he needs to see before he and MJ take the two-car operation to the next level. Hamlin lets us in to how he feels about the business model of NASCAR between drivers, tv partners, teams and tracks. He says that the pie is big enough, but it needs to be divided differently. The veteran NASCAR driver pulls no punches in expressing what he believes needs to happen. Hamlin and Earnhardt discuss the state of the charter system in the sport and the pros and cons of starting a team in the Cup Series. If the sport expands to a higher number of charters, how much should a new team pay? Fresh off his second-place run at the NASCAR All-Star Race, Hamlin shares his disappointment in the controversial yellow flag and Ryan Blaney's window net issue. Plus, did his post race comments and use of the "F" word get him in hot water? Denny also explains what he thinks about the All Star Race as a whole and how the event, and other aspects of the sport, have become diluted. Dale Jr. asks Denny, who currently races the FedEx #11 for Joe Gibbs Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series, if he would drive for his own team someday. Earnhardt also gets Hamlin's insight into the current dynamic at JGR with four full-time drivers, contract questions, and the emerging talent of Ty Gibbs waiting in the wings. What's gonna give? Denny also talks about his exit plan from behind the wheel of a racecar and what that will look like.. After struggling for a good chunk of 2022, Hamlin has reached victory lane. The season though, has only resulted in two top-five finishes. Denny gives his take on the Next Gen car's performance and which issues need to be addressed. He talks about Bubba Wallace's performance and 23XI Racing's big win in Kansas with veteran driver Kurt Busch. DIRTY AIR Before Denny came to the table, Dale Jr., co-host Mike Davis, Hannah Newhouse and producer Matthew Dillner share some conversation about: The All Star Race and the controversial caution. The Window-net debacle and what should have been done. NASCAR owning one mistake but not the other. What should happen to the All Star Race in the future? Jimmie Johnson's run to the Indianapolis 500 has come with some big risks ASKJR presented by Xfinity Hannah Newhouse brings fan questions to the table about: Dale Jr.'s wildest appearances, including driving a tank and landing on an aircraft carrier.
