Saving Planet Earth, the Whales, the Polar Bears? Do you have the point of view that the Earth needs to be "saved?" What if being more consciously aware will allow us to have a new relationship and creationship with the Planet and things could change with more ease? Between Sunrise and Sunset We're already three weeks into the new year of 2019! "Where does the time go?!" Are you choosing, being, doing, having, creating and generating what you would REALLY like to between each sunrise and sunset?

Desperately Seeking... I recently began releasing all of the desperate energies that have been an underlying energy in my life, that's been fueling the fire of self doubt, self loathing and self judgment. So grateful I am now willing and able to look at this, be aware of this and to let it all go now! More and more each day I am my own best friend and it's released so much more of the things that haven't been working! How does it get better?!

Go Figure! Do you ever get stuck in trying to 'figure things out?' What if it's simply the universe's job to figure things out for you, on your behalf? What if your job is to know the direction in which you'd like to be heading, the energy of what you would like to create and then to ask and to receive. Just know - it never shows up the way you think it's going to! (and often it shows up even greater than you could ever imagine!)

If Money Wasn't Part of the Deal... During the recent US Government shut down, I was curious to know, if you were no longer paid for what you do every day, would you still show up to do it? Do you LOVE what you do so much that you would even do it for free? (if everything else was going to be taken care of with ease.)

Calm Yourself How much calm is present in your life? Are you present with the energy of calm? How could calm and being present contribute to creating and generating what you desire in your life?

Gloomy or Aware? How much more aware are you than you've been willing to acknowledge? What are you aware of that you've concluded is yours? What you're feeling or sensing could be something you're simply aware of and doesn't belong to you! If it's not your's, you can let it go! Return it to sender, with consciousness attached :)

How do You Begin Your Day? Is it working? Do you jump up and get right to work? How much is automatic pilot or are you actually intentionally choosing what you do each morning to start your day? If it's working - great! If it's more auto-pilot than choice, maybe it's something to look at? And if it's not working, what could you choose different to create more ease?

Celebrating my Adoption Day! 49 years ago, when I was 30 days old, I was delivered to my adoptive family that became my FAMILY! AND on that same day it was my dad's 33rd birthday on the very same day! So today I'm celebrating FAMILY DAY and my dad's 82nd birthday! How did we all get so lucky? Thank you Mom and Dad for adopting me and creating our family together! LOVE YOU!

SUNFLOWERS! Today I'm planting sunflowers in my garden! I love sunflowers. They just make me HAPPY! Have you taken time to look at the complexity of a sunflower? What do you enjoy about sunflowers?!

One of the very first tools I was introduced to in Access Consciousness® nearly 12 years ago was to ask the question - Who does this belong to? 99,000% of your thoughts, feelings and emotions don't belong to you! You're simply a giant psychic sponge and it all feels so real you buy it as yours! What if it's not and you can't deal with it since it's not yours, so RETURN TO SENDER (with consciousness attached!)

Judgment-Free Zone! Pick a room in your house and declare it a JUDGMENT-FREE ZONE! So anytime for all the time you're in that room you will have NO judgment of you or anyone or anything else. Then pick a room that will be your FULL ON Judgment Zone where you can vent and kvetch about everything and everyone and yourself, if need be. How many judgment-free zones are you willing to add to your life and living?!

Welcome to YOU! Take a moment to look yourself in the eyes in a mirror. Push any and all energetic barriers down that may pop up. Look at yourself, say hello. Greet yourself. Take a moment to say 3 nice, kind things to yourself today. How much more kindness could you have for you in just five minutes a day of looking at yourself in your own eyes and saying three nice things to yourself?

The First Day of 2019! Just for today, what could you choose? How much more of you without judgment would you be willing to have? No projections or expectations, no judgment. Just choice for something greater today.

Welcome to the last day of 2018! You made it! Congratulations! It's the end of 2018 and we're on the cusp of 2019! You have full permission to be ALL OF YOU without apology now and for days and days to come! Catch you in 2019 and beyond!

Christmas Eve Celebrations! Now this is a Christmas Eve tradition I'm going to add to my celebrations each year! Merry merry to you all around the world no matter what you're celebrating today!

In the Kindness of Sleep(from the wingmakers.us website) I visited you last night when you were sleeping with a child's abandon. Curled so casual in sheets inlaid by your beauty. I held my hand to your face and touched as gently as I know how so you could linger with your dreams. I heard soft murmurs that only angels make when they listen to their home. So I drew my hand away uneasy that I might wake you even as gentle as I was. But you stayed with your dreams and I watched as they found their way to you in the kindness of sleep. And I dreamed that I was an echo of your body curled beside you like a fortune hunter who finally found his gold. I nearly wept at the sound of your breath, but I stayed quiet as a winter lake, and bit my lip to ensure I wouldn't be detected. I didn't want to intrude so I set my dream aside and I gently pulled your hand from underneath the covers to hold. A hand whose entry into flesh must have been the lure that brought me here. And as I hold it I remember why I came to feel your pulse and the beating of your heart in deep slumber. And I remember why I came in the kindness of sleep... to hold your hand, touch your face and listen to the soft breathing of an angel, curled so casual in sheets inlaid by your beauty.
