Livestock fills the streets of Reading as the Royals herd three points into their tally against Leyton Orient. Ben and Ross break down the Family Day drama and discuss whether it was a better performance or just a better result. What happens when you come across a fork in the road? What are the best decisions to make in your life when you have multiple choices? I have a correction to submit regarding this message. I misconstrued the passage of scripture that speaks of the gathering of manna. I mistakenly said that God did not want them collecting extra manna on the sixth day. Actually, God did say that they needed to gather extra manna on the sixth day since none would be available on the Sabbath. God told them to trust Him for their daily food and not to hoard each and every day. You can read about it here: Exodus 16:4-5, 17-24 YT: https://www.youtube.com/live/W5RBHwk93rM?si=Z_wepFjYM1w50y4o&t=1795

More from "The Best Of Hours Archive!" The dates recorded are correct as today is May 16th...but the day is from years past! New recorded podcasts start on May 20th with an at least 4 HOUR LONG "Singles Release Show!"
Scorcher of a day yesterday. Temps in the upper 80's with 55% humidity made it feel like....TOO HOT for our New York family. After getting dropped off in Daytona for Rockville...(why isn't this set up for late fall when things are more temperate?) my neice and great nephew and Lori & I...we ventured out to a local produce and animal farm in North West Palm Bay. Tractor tour through the farm and then foot travel to go see and pet the animals there. Kinda COOL seeing this farm smack in the middle of communities of HUGE unoccupied homes in various developments that surround it. Harris Farms. My niece promised her son that today, after dropping SUPER DAD and daughter off in Daytona again for day 2 of Rockville, that the two of them would have a total beach day. The pain of my sunburn...first painful one in nearly 15 years, has subsided enough for me to maybe join them later in the afternoon. MAYBE! New podcasts with new music and new artists return on Tuesday May 20th; as that podcast week will rum from Tuesday through Saturday!
New recorded podcasts return May 20th. "Shows from "The Best Of Hours Archives!" until then. Please enjoy irresponsibly!
Yesterday's family adventure took us to Lone Cabbage Airboat Rides, just outside of Cocoa, Florida on 520. Many a gator as it is the ending of mating season, Saw a great many baby gators, cows, baby cows, turtles...even what appeared to be a wild, on the loose, chicken! Lunch at the Lone Cabbage restaurant. then off to Cocoa village for more family painting time. When we arrived more the visiting family went back to the dog beach off Eau Gallie Blvd. Lori rested at home and I ran out for the family's first try of Publix Subs. Everyone went to bed on full Pub sub stomachs!
Still in vaca mode! Family on the way to Daytona for Rockville Concert day 1! Me...too much around the house stuff to get done! New recorded podcasts coming your way on May 20th. Right now, shows from "The Best Of Hours Archive!" Blasts from the past from May 15th...the years vary, but the music is still great!
On vacation still until May 20th. That week will run Tuesday through Saturday...
New podcasts return May 20th!
Yesterday was an amazingly beautiful Florida Spring day! Low humidity, low to mid 80's, very few clouds. Took the family to Sebastian Park Inlet....a manmade connection between the Banana River and the ocean. A small quite water cove. Manatees were sighted while we were there. Great nephew wanted waves, so a short walk over to the ocean side so he could body surf there. Dinner at Captain Hiram's Sandbar with music entertainment while we ate. Then we headed home for a much needed long night sleep as we all got too much sun. So much sun that my already tanned arms and legs show signs of sunburn. Today's adventure....looking for gators a the Lone Cabbage Airboat Rides...then back to Cocoa Village to finish the paintings that were started on Monday! REMEMBER! "The Best Of Hours Shows!" posted until my return to new shows on May 20th! I always wish for you peace, love, understanding, and kindness. May you have the week you deserve...
Yesterday was very dark, cloudy & rainy. Took the family into Cocoa Village, Florida to The Lori Prell Studio to do a family painting session. Then we were off to Ron Jon's and dinner at Da Kine Diego Burrito. Back to home for an episode of The X Files Season 11 Episode 8 about AI. Today, who know what it holds yet for the dawn is just breaking! On vacation with family visiting this week! Send us a textToday's Ones Ready Daily Drop is basically a masterclass in budget cuts, broken jets, bureaucratic gridlock, and spicy Space Force drama—with a splash of congressional nonsense and some suspicious real estate investments for good measure. Jared breaks it all down like a tactical briefing crossed with a roast. We've got $15 billion drone programs under review, a B-2 flying over Iran “just to say hi,” and service members getting offered their jobs back after being kicked out over a vaccine—because yeah, that's how leadership works now. Oh, and Space Force might finally get to move to Huntsville, so go buy some land before another general does. From Air Force “Frankenjets” stitched together in a garage like military Frankenstein, to “mil-spec” gear that barely meets minimum standards, to ISR flights over the U.S.-Mexico border triggering cartel drone wars—this drop is full of “wait, what?” energy.
