I talk to myself all the time, so why not share it with the world when no one asked. I just can't recognize myself anymore since graduating high school. I feel like I lost my way; even though everything looks pretty clear to me. The path I chose is just too foggy to keep going. I don't know if I lost my charm or I'm just too demotivated. With this podcast, I'm going to try to figure out who I am again and dig deep down to find when did the issue really start.
Hey everyone, Here it is, another episode from NAD'z Podcast. In today's episode, I wanted to discuss the importance of having a schedule that fits your lifestyle, especially in summer. So, when there is a schedule that includes everything you want to do but not that draining or restricting in any way is life-changing. It won't be easy at first, but weeks from now, you will feel good about yourself, and it will give you that sense of relief. Hey everybody, It's been a long time since my last upload. I apologize for the delay; however, today's episode discusses a major issue that some people are going through right now, and that's living with a big family in a tiny home, so it makes it a lot harder to do online school and work remotely from home. I love being with my family, and I do cherish family quality time, but when it comes to wanting to get work done, stress and anger will definitely embrace you. It even worsens the atmosphere around the house, it will be a lot more stressful and tense as every single person in the house will always be frustrated and mad due to the noise and the weak internet connection. I was also a guest on another show, so I talked about how it's a huge opportunity for your story to be recognized by someone. It's an honour to be able to share your story and experience on another podcast/show. I find it to be very personal and healing at the same time, so I hope you do go and check out the episode because I truly believe you will all learn something new about yourselves. I also chatted a little about my whole experience with starting my own podcast and the Art behind every single episode. Hey everyone, It's been a long time since my last upload. However, today's episode discusses my frustrations with online school and final exams in general. I also talked a little about the things I would love to add to hybrid education that I believe will make a difference in many students' lives. Hey everyone, Here it is, episode number three of the third season. Today's episode discusses an issue that I believe many people deal with, and that is feeling guilty about everything you do for yourself. I mean not only feeling guilty about the food you eat but the things you do for yourself like pampering, purchasing or even relaxing. I always felt guilty about the things that I do, which made me hate them or no more enjoy them, and I'm sick and tired of this energy-draining thinking. I also talked a little about the things we could do to stop this unhealthy thinking from occurring all the time, and I hope you do learn something. Hey everyone, Here's another episode that I found to be personal to me. I pretty much discussed how looking down on yourself is something that is actually not good for your self-esteem. I always hated myself for not being as perfect as I should be for whatever task that I have to accomplish or finish. I mean I went through so many phases, but I wanted to talk about this because I don't think that always being hard on yourself is something to be proud of. Hello everybody, Here is the first episode of the third season! I don't know how I feel about this season; however, I do hope that I can make bigger progress in my podcast's content and quality. Today's episode is super chill as I just gave a life update of why I was not uploading any content, and also talked about what the world is going through right now. Even though the episode was so relaxing, I still discussed a serious matter regarding the Israeli-Palestinian crisis. I might not know anything about politics, but it is important to educate ourselves and be a voice for the Palestinians. Hey everyone, Firstly, I just wanted to apologize to all my listeners and particularly my guest as there has been a delay in uploading the interview for the longest time ever, which I have done for probably more than two months ago. Mr Terry Tucker was such a kind guest and I don't have but good words to say. I truly did learn a lot from him, and it was such a beautiful experience as my first interview on this podcast. It was inspiring, and if you listen thoroughly to the episode, you will definitely get a fresh perspective. This interview is very personal to me, and it's not like any typical interview. I tried to open up about my past and that made me feel like it would hopefully be more genuine to the listener. I shared my story and so did Mr Terry Tucker, and what makes it touching is that we do relate to each other in some way. In this interview, we will learn more about Mr Terry Tucker's background, multiple jobs, and even though he went through such tough nine years as a cancer warrior, he still wanted to give back to his community. He will also talk about his unique and positive perception of mental health and self-improvement. Mr Terry Tucker went through so much pain and suffering, and within that pain and suffering, he found enlightenment to become a stronger and more determined human being for himself and his family, which what made him now become an author and a motivational speaker. He will also briefly discuss the three basic questions in his book (Sustainable Excellence: Ten Principles to Leading Your Uncommon and Extraordinary Life) that will lead you to your best life. Lastly, I hope you enjoy this homely and authentic interview as myself, and Mr Terry Tucker put our hearts into it. Down below, you will find all the links you need for this episode. You will also find the link if you're interested in buying or checking Mr Terry Tucker's book. Hey everyone, It's been a long time since my last upload. Firstly, I just wanted to apologize to all my listeners for not uploading any episodes for the longest time ever as I had to leave the country for an urgent matter. So, I didn't have any time to focus on recording any new content. Fortunately, I have this episode which was recorded probably more than a month ago as a comeback. I believe the topic that has been discussed in this episode is sensitive and personal to many people, including myself. Dealing with having an identity crisis and not knowing where you belong is something that I have been always struggling with. I have always hated this typical question of "where are you from?" as it's being very specific. I feel like one word will never tell my true story, so pretty much I have to explain myself all the time. I have become so sick and tired of explaining where I have been living and travelling. This question makes me so anxious to the point that it feels like I have committed a crime. I mean you feel like you do belong, but you will never be part of them. Even your parents will never get you as much as your siblings. Lastly, I'm very thankful for being a third culture kid. I mean travelling, and moving from one country to another makes me who I am now, even though I have to deal with the issues that come with it. Hello everyone, This episode was recorded two months ago; however, I never got the chance to upload it as my voice didn't sound good. This episode is pretty chill as I just reviewed some of the new seasons of the anime series I'm currently watching. I also talked about my first-semester experience at university (virtually). Plus, in this episode, I was sick, so I probably didn't make sense at all, but hopefully, you like it. Hey everyone, It's been a long time since my last upload. Well, when things get busy, you can't do everything at once. I pretty much didn't know what to talk about in this episode; however, I did share a lot of feelings. I mean we live in a world where there's chaos all the time, but when people start going crazier and become more ignorant to the point that they just want to hurt more people, then that's not okay. I mean we maybe should give humanity a fresh definition as we don't see it in people anymore. Hopefully, things will get better soon...Microphone (Apple): https://amzn.to/2RP8mQ0and don't forget to ALWAYS SMILE!!! :)Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/nadzpodcast)
Hey everybody, It's been a long time since my last upload. However, today's topic is a huge issue that has been occurring for years now, specifically to minorities. I wanted to discuss and address these incidents, even though many influencers and celebrities already did. Hey everybody,Today's episode is very personal to me as it discusses a burden that I put upon for all these years. I always had this guilt toward myself and others for living life as if I owe it to someone. The guilt that I'm living life while other people are suffering and being in so much pain. I felt like I turned a blind eye to things that matter, even though I see and hear everything. I never thought of speaking about such topics; however, they do impact who we are and let me tell you this; these memories that never healed will forever hunt you back. My advice to all the listeners is to take every situation in life seriously; because if it didn't mean something back then, it means something now. Here is the third episode of this season... It is a continuation of the second episode as I forgot to mention a couple more important details. So, I advise any of you to listen first to the second episode as it might be a little confusing. I also reviewed some of the anime series I'm watching right now, and of course, I had to discuss my struggles with fixing my sleeping schedule. Hey everyone, It's been a long time since I uploaded an episode; however, I'm pretty excited about the podcast's second season. I mean this episode is nothing different from the other episodes in the first season, but hopefully, the upcoming new episodes will be a lot more interesting than this one. So, I talked about many things in this episode, specifically about my final exams, and YouTube culture. Plus, I chatted/reviewed a little about the new seasons of anime series I'm watching right now.Youtube (NAD'z Space): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyRhyEDY7ZrCBeorIRIyBewYoutube (Vision Board): https://youtu.be/mCb1FTKhIZwOnline Tutoring (Preply): https://preply.com/en/?pref=MjAyMjc0OA==Microphone (Apple): https://amzn.to/2RP8mQ0and don't forget to ALWAYS SMILE!!! :) Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/nadzpodcast)
Hey everyone, Today's upload will be the final episode of this season. This announcement doesn't mean anything as I'm just pretending to be a professional. For today's episode, I talked about how it's vital to share the good days with my listeners as I usually chat about the things that bother or upset me the most about myself instead of looking at the bright side of every situation. I also wanted to recommend to my listeners a few basic things that we take for granted all the time. I mean making new habits or getting rid of old ones, I believe now is the right time to do so, more than ever. Plus, I wanted to discuss how I feel about podcasting for the last two months, and if it has changed anything about my life. Well, this episode was so random as I didn't know what to talk about, but at the end of the day, I just wanted to reflect on 2020 as it was the year of many sacrifices and losses. I also discussed the things I'm hoping to accomplish in 2021, I mean I didn't add any travelling or adventure as we're still in a pandemic. I'm trying to be realistic, but still hoping for a better year, and as long as we're safe and healthy, then we can postpone everything for now. As you all know, I have to go off topic all the time, so the thing is I binge-watched two TV shows this Thursday and Friday, one is a horror K-drama, and the other is called the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (part 4) on Netflix. I mean they are two different genres; however, I enjoyed watching both of them.Microphone (Apple): https://amzn.to/2RP8mQ0and don't forget to ALWAYS SMILE!!! :)Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/nadzpodcast)
Hey everybody,It's been a long time since my last upload, so for today's episode, I will be talking about procrastination and how it became my worst enemy in the past months. Also, I will be discussing the struggles of trying but not sleeping anyway due to overthinking. Plus, there is this thing I go through every year, and that's like having a temporary depression phase because of what I'm watching/reading. Lastly, you probably know by now that I never stay on one topic for too long, so for this time, I chatted about one specific anime series called Attack on Titan, and how it actually mirrors our life/history in many ways. Here is my seventh episode! This episode reveals one of the main struggles I go through every night, especially when it comes to how I handle my emotions. As you can notice from this title, I will be addressing the seriousness of sleep deprivation as I've been dealing with it since high school. Plus, not taking good care of this matter in the past, did affect me and my mental health badly. I mean not getting the right amount of sleep, did make me stress more than ever. Throughout this episode, I will be discussing what I could do differently to change such ways by making my brain do it unintentionally. I surprisingly didn't go off-topic this time as there was a lot of things to chat about, particularly food, as it does impact your mental health too. Well, in today's episode, I will be talking about how having anxiety and casual panic attacks affected me in the worst way possible. I mean going through such two rough years, and experiencing such hardships have worsened my stress and nervousness levels. I never thought I would ever discuss this topic; however, I've been going through it for at least more than two years now, and yet, I didn't find a way to make it any better. I know that emotions can bottle up sometimes to the point that you can't handle them anymore and that's what happened to me, so now I'm trying to figure out a way to change this situation. It's been more than a month since I uploaded an episode; even though I was planning on doing this daily, it felt ridiculous as I don't have the time to do so. However, today's episode talks about how I sometimes struggle with having less inspiration and motivation to do the things I love with procrastinating. It makes me feel so bad about myself as I want to do them every day, but I also want to give my best, so if I'm rushing things out, then I start hating it. Anyways, don't forget that all my episodes go off-topic as I must talk about my daily routine or my opinion on the world, but this actually makes me happy because now I know for sure that my listeners will never get bored.Microphone (Apple): https://amzn.to/2RP8mQ0and don't forget to ALWAYS SMILE! :)Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/nadzpodcast)
Firstly, this episode was short and sweet since I had a very relaxing day. However, today's topic was not trying to throw any shade towards old habits. I believe it was, in fact, the opposite as I just wanted to suggest that a new hobby could become such a good habit (or maybe a bad one). However, in my case, I'm finding this new hobby of podcasting will become a good habit of mine in the future as listening to myself every day helped me reflect on sides I didn't notice in myself often. To sum it up, I'm not sure as it might be just a placebo effect coming from the brain; yet, I feel very optimistic about what I'm doing right now, so I'm going to keep doing it anyway. Plus, don't forget that I go off-topic all the time, so you will never get bored. I don't know how I should feel about this episode as the idea of recording it came out pretty late at night. This episode was chaotic as I didn't just talk about mental health, but also chatted about a personal story that happened to me a few months ago. I tried to reflect on how I felt at certain times and what I should change if it happens again in the future. It takes so much energy to take good care of yourself mentally and physically, so controlling your mind is something that requires a lot of patience and focus. Lastly, I hope by the end of this episode, you could find closure on how to do things differently at certain times whether it was regarding your anxiety or anger issues. Well, I don't know whether this episode is any better than the first one, but I believe it's an improvement. I was really thrilled to record my voice; even though, nothing about it sounds pleasing. I wanted to talk about how dreams and setting goals are two different things, and as I grew up, I definitely started seeing that. As a new adult, it seems like adulthood is not exciting at all (like teenagehood). To sum up, this episode is not only about discussing dreams and goals, but I also talked about my personal experiences, my daily life and how important is mental health (advice/tips).Microphone (Apple): https://amzn.to/2RP8mQ0and don't forget to ALWAYS SMILE! :) Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/nadzpodcast)
Today's episode is just a peek through of how I'm feeling these days, but also a blob of random scenarios in my head that I wanted to get out. I don't know what's going to follow up after this episode, so basically, don't get too attached as this episode is only going to be an overview of what I've been going through in the past few months, nothing else...
