If there’s anything we’ve all learned this summer, it’s finding fun ways to spend time with our families. One of the most delicious ways that I’ve spent time with my family is by firing up the grill for a backyard barbecue or Bar-B-Que or BBQ. No matter how you spell it, it’s a fun, delicious way to have fun at home. I’ve found a few hacks that might help you up the ante on your barbecue game.Whether you’re grilling over gas or fire, I hope that you enjoy your barbecue. Right now, we have over 7,000 homes on the market, which is the highest inventory has been all year. Rising inventory is a sure sign that the market is slowing down. Secondly, kids are going back to school in mid-August, which is earlier than they have started school in many years. If you’re buying a home, this means you want to be in your new home sometime in July. At the very least, you want to be in escrow in July because it takes 30 to 45 days to close on the property and you’ve got to be settled for school. In other words, buying decisions are going to be cut short this year.
