These are not closing statements. There is no panacea for the enormous challenge restaurants, bars and other establishments in the hospitality business face, and there likely won't be, at least not in the sense that "things will go back to normal." But I believe the industry is doing everything they can to transition into a new world order, and I ultimately think that effort is what's going to keep restaurants alive.
