Dorothy is a Maximalist, Grandmillenial Artist, and we talk more about all of those things in the show. She loves vintage and antique items, and she does a really fun game in her IG stories every so often called Yay or Nay. It's one of my favorite things to do on Instagram. Dorothy founded Memphis Arrow Creative, which is home to many artists in the Memphis area. She also does her own paintings, including murals all over town. In the episode we talk about a mural she's been working on that she couldn't reveal at the time, but since then it's been revealed at the new Restaurant Iris in East Memphis. If you're local, go check it out! This conversation was so fun and inspiring for me. After talking with Dorothy, I just wanted to paint and browse antique stores! I hope you find the chat as fun as I did, and without further ado, here's Dorothy Collier. Links-- Dorothy's IG Dorothy's Shop Memphis Arrow Creative My IG My TikTok My Website

If you want to be the best, book the best. haha! We are far from the best podcast but we really have been lucky to book the best guests! I know that is usually up for debate but in this case it really happened. On today's episode of The Electric Brain Podcast we have the world renowned Chef Kelly English! Owner, Operator, Chef of Restaurant Iris and The Second Line (pictured above). We didn't know what to expect and our nerves were high but they were lowered quickly. Kelly was such a down to earth guy and someone who I could tell who did not take himself to seriously. We talked about food, life, Memphis. We make some horribly inappropriate jokes that are completely appropriate for this setting. It was a lot of fun and I hope we will come on again so we can dive deeper into some of the topics we touched at the top of this episode. So thanks to Kelly English and enjoy this new episode of The Electric Brain.

Some are hilarious, others contemplative, heartbreaking, suspenseful, and some reflective. Anyone can tell a story!
