We're back with our first session of the 2021 pre-season. We start off with some general chat about how we think about putting together a Supercoach team, before getting into the fullback, hooker and 5/8th positions in detail. Johan makes an appearance. In which we go through the rested players for the week before a bit of reflection on the year, and a bit of redemption as we look towards 2021. Costa also highlights some players who he thinks are perennially underrated. Finally, good luck to everybody contesting a H2H finals match this week, and for what it's worth, thank you.
In which Poly reveals his result from 2 weeks ago. Also, we look at the myriad of players who have been rested/injured going into week 19 (07:12). Most importantly, we begin to dissect the season and wonder where it all went wrong (34:20).

In which Costa and Poly try to take a "glass half full" attitude to the halves crisis. We go through this week's games (21:52), and wonder whether Harry Grant will eventually come to love his captors in the Leichhardt version of a classic Stockholm Syndrome scenario. Finally (39>50), we have a quick chat about the additional changes to the six-again rule.
What carnage! Costa and Poly go through some of the team news as there's a lot (03:43), before jumping into some pod options (25:12). Poly talks a little about how he approached H2H each week (47:27), including some discussion of trades leading into round 7. It's a truly great time of the year for Supercoach... too early to give up, and not late enough that you can see the end of the season on the horizon. Lap it up!

Oh, and sorry about all the sirens in the background this week... they probably sound better than us anyway.
