Mulyadi is an aspiring “way of working” designer. Through Product Narrative, he has coached a range of enterprises and startups in their quests to adopt Objectives and Key Results (OKR). He is also a certified International Coach Federation (ICF) coach. Prior to that life, Mulyadi spent most of his career building technology products. During those years in Indonesia and the United States, he practiced leadership through various roles in product management, software engineering, UX, and business development. Behind the facade of work, Mulyadi is a father of two. He enjoys slowing down by reading and writing. Drawing too, whenever his son or daughter asks him to. He also loves slowing down regularly in a 10-day silent meditation retreat. Tune in to hear his thoughts on: - Why does fostering alignment matter? - Does OKR work for non-tech companies? - How do you build high performing teams in Indonesia and APAC?
