It's World Mental Health Day. I shouldn't take a day to get people talking about their mental wellbeing but this is what we have. I decided to address a few things around the journey to Stay In The Fight. At some point in life, a majority will experience some kind of shift in their mental wellness. Just because it isn't diagnosable doesn't mean that it doesn't create an imbalance in your life. Fears, doubts, anxieties, feeling unworthy or devalued, and negative thought patterns, these thoughts happen and they can take ahold. It can seem so real and each time we come up against friction the anchor just digs in a bit deeper to validate our thinking. But you have a choice.
