In this re-released episode, we will chat with David Dwaihy who will share his ability to overcome anxiety by attacking it head-on. These lessons apply to life, the classroom, and the soccer pitch.  Dave Dwaihy was born in Detroit and raised in Grosse Pointe Woods. Dave attended Kalamazoo College, where he played soccer, studied math, and first met fellow DCFC owner, Sean Mann. Dave has taught math and coached soccer at University Liggett School since 2002. Dave oversees soccer operations for Le Rouge, a role in which he works primarily as a liaison between the coaching staff, players, and ownership group. Dave lives in Grosse Pointe Woods with his wife and their two young children. Upon completing an AAS in Culinary Arts from Joliet Junior College in Joliet, Illinois, Andy Chlebana attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park to study baking and pastry. He began his career working for the Four Seasons Chicago, focusing on fine-dining desserts. Chef Chlebana's career has included positions at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island Grill Room, opening team of the Ritz-Carlton Washington D.C., and Pastry Chef/Corporate Account Manager at Albert Uster Imports, Inc. Chlebana has spent the past 18 years teaching baking and pastry at Joliet Junior College in Joliet, Illinois, where he is now Pastry Chef/Professor. Most recently, Chlebana was the coach of Pastry Team USA, which competed at the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie, and has completed revising the second edition of his book The Advanced Art of Baking and Pastry (Wiley, 2017), due out later this year. He resides in Plainfield, Illinois with his wife Heather and four children. “I am who I am because of all the sports that I've done and it's always been a big part of my life.” - Renee Saunders  At the University of Nebraska Renee Saunders was a two-sport Division I athlete playing both volleyball and basketball and brought home a volleyball National Championship.  At Skutt High School, she is a teacher and coach and has brought home nine Nebraska high school state volleyball championships.  As a sports broadcaster she provided color commentary for the Omaha Supernovas as they brought home the first Pro Volleyball Federation title. In 2017, she was inducted into the Nebraska Athletic Hall of Fame and is the only person to receive both Nebraska Athlete of the Year and Coach of the Year honors in the state. She owns the championship mentality.
