Yes if you haven't guessed by now I got Covid, and this episode is all about it. During the show I share my experience with Covid, my symptoms, my recovery and some stuff that helped me along the way. I try my best to share with you the details of my experience in hopes that it may help you or a loved one out there in any way. I was thankful to have had tools like the Whoop strap to monitor my heart & respiratory rate, as well as sleep and recovery. Lastly very thankful to have lots and lots of supplements from Xendruance.
