I read from electrodialysis to electroluminescent. I don't have time to learn Electrodynamics, but it seems interesting! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_electromagnetism I feel so dumb reading about things like "electrojet". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrojet The word of the episode is "electroluminescent". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroluminescence Theme music from Jonah Kraut https://jonahkraut.bandcamp.com/ Merchandising! https://www.teepublic.com/user/spejampar "The Dictionary - Letter A" on YouTube "The Dictionary - Letter B" on YouTube "The Dictionary - Letter C" on YouTube "The Dictionary - Letter D" on YouTube "The Dictionary - Letter E" on YouTube Featured in a Top 10 Dictionary Podcasts list! https://blog.feedspot.com/dictionary_podcasts/ Backwards Talking on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmIujMwEDbgZUexyR90jaTEEVmAYcCzuq dictionarypod@gmail.com https://www.facebook.com/thedictionarypod/ https://www.threads.net/@dictionarypod https://twitter.com/dictionarypod https://www.instagram.com/dictionarypod/ https://www.patreon.com/spejampar https://www.tiktok.com/@spejampar 917-727-5757
David White, WN5Y, is a home-brewer from the beginning of his ham radio story, and loves to build receivers for ham radio. Originally inspired by the designs of the late Lew McCoy, W1ICP, and later Wes Hayward, W7ZOI, David’s latest receivers are called electroluminescent because he incorporates LEDs as components in the receiver design itself, and not just as front panel indicators. David shares his story in this QSO Today.
