Content Warning: This episode we discuss the life of our guest which involves multiple crimes that happened to her as a child, and some more than occurred through adulthood. It takes a lot to overcome trauma, going through the unimaginable, and being forced into the role of victim. But as Fatima puts it, she has a PhD from the School of Hard Knocks. She has overcome more hardships than most people will experience in a lifetime and came out the other side a transformational coach who gives her all to help others who have gone through the same. At an early age, Fatima C. Oliver became emphatically convinced that pain and family were synonymous. Living with trauma from physical and sexual abuse, the loss of a child, abandonment issues, and domestic violence, she lived life as if waiting for the world to compensate her for her pain and suffering. A believer in paying it forward, Fatima has chosen to open her life up in vulnerable ways to share the pitfalls and growing pains she endured in her state of sorrow, resentment, bitterness, and self-righteous anger. Fatima shares with us how she came to heal herself, and forgive the unforgivable.
