We finally did it. Our obsession with celebrity fragrance brings us to interview queer pop icon Haley Kiyoko about her first fragrance Hue. Two years in the making, it's being released into the world like... tomorrow, but not after a slew of ideations on how to create the kind of scent that feels like a "virtual hug." Before you ask, it's made for everyone by which we mean, it's made for anyone needing an aura of safety and security where one can feel their most authentic. So yeah, that's pretty much everyone, right? Haley talks about what it's like being a queer pop artist in a mainstream space, her favorite scent memories, and why music and scent are such powerful means of expression.[Fragrances mentioned: Mugler Angel Nova, MIX:BAR Tangerine Squeeze and Blackberry Tonic, Ex Nihilo Honoré Delights]

Please turn off your cellphones and jump into the Mystery Machine with us as we go back in time to the very beginning to discover the gang's origins and watch a franchise launch a 50 year attempt to solve the biggest, baddest, and spookiest mysteries. For our 40th Commentary, we head back to 2009 & 1969 to discuss the 1st appearances of the Mystery Inc. gang with a TV Movie and pilot, starring Frank Welker, Casey Kasem, Don Messick, Stefanianna Christopherson, Nicole Jaffe, Nick Palatas, Haley Kiyoko, Kate Melton, & Robbie Amell. We cover everything we can fit into this mega 50th anniversary retrospective from the oldest episode to the newest direct-to-video movie and currently airing series, action figures, comics, the history of the various shows, and our memories, thoughts, and enjoyment of it all. On a personal note, this episode has a lot of great bits and jokes in it, with more that we wish we could have packed in, but we want to send a special thank you to @theJSarge for allowing us to share the spectacular cover of the WAY Theme he did in April 2018. Much love and respect, rock star.
Embrace your inner entrepreneur and join us as we talk the business of creativity with Kelsey P. Jones! We'll discuss loving your city, the genius of Haley Kiyoko, and the stupidity of Tai Lopez!
