If March is supposed to go out like a lamb, the TV studios didn't get the memo because DtW has a bunch of new TV to check out and a lot of it is deep into the month! Dan and Raul have a few selections to start, including a Guy Ritchie style Young Sherlock, a love triange that is DTF St. Louis style and a movie about a Bride! married to a real monster. Midway through the month it's D'arcy Carden and Will Forte falling into comedic crime days and Sunny Nights along with a sequel season called Jury Duty Presents Company Retreat, for fans of the original Jury Duty. Finally we reach late March with returning shows like The Comeback, Daredevil: Born Again and The For All Mankind, shows that The Hosts of this pod find worth mentioning, as well as shiny new stuff like Rhiz Ahmed's Bait and films They Will Kill You and Project Hail Mary. The month marches forward with plenty to keep us excited throughout, so give it a listen and get moving!

Now a fledgling news reporter, Kim returns to Illinois for this year's eclipse, unaware that their paths may cross again. While she's gone, a woman named Kim shows up. She's drawn to his telescope. They start talking and bond over their love of space. Right before the eclipse happens, her boyfriend Blake calls her. He's finally arrived, so she scurries off to meet up with him. 7 years later, Kim is now working for a news station. The person who was gonna go back to Carbondale to cover the eclipse bails so she volunteers to take on the case. Who knows, maybe she'll bump into the hunk from 7 years ago. And wouldn't you know it, they're both actually there. But somehow they keep missing each other. At a masquerade party, they get to talking but obviously they're rocking masks. Her first news spot is rocky but goes kind of viral. She ends up getting the invite for her eclipse spot to go national! She's freaking out! Her camera person and Malcolm's best friend end up meeting and really hitting it off. You'd think that would mean that Malcolm and Kim would end up meeting. Nope. They sure don't. They end up going multiple days without realizing they're both there. It's the day of the big eclipse and they were able to secure this GIANT scientist to come and be interviewed. When he ends up getting lost, they go and snag Malcolm. Naturally, they don't chat at all until they come face to face live on air. The chemistry is NUTS! Tread Perilously's TV Movie month continues with Michael J. Fox, Nancy McKeon, and Robert Klein in Poison Ivy. When Dennis Baxter takes a job at Camp Pinewood in Maine, he expects his summer will be filled by taking care of his charges and maybe romancing some of the counselors at the girls' camp across the lake. This changes when assistant nurse Rhonda Malone arrives on the scene. Will he find true love while the kids in his cabin learn the true meaning of friendship? Or will everything fall apart when the camp director declares a color war and splits the camp in two? Paul Pakler joins Erik and Justin in another gab session focused on Fox and McKeon. They also try to figure out if Klein is actually funny. Jason Bateman, despite not appearing in the film, haunts the proceedings. Director Larry Elikan's ABC AfterSchool Specials connection leads to a very particular aside. Paul coins "lead poisoning movies" to explain Poison Ivy and second-screen viewing. With a copy sourced from Chicago's NBC station, the trio also enjoy the 1985 commercials. A certain person's case of cancer, meanwhile, dominates the newsbreaks. Paul has a hard time holding onto the plot while Erik finds it difficult to recall the character names. The group can't help but rewrite aspects of the plot and #campgate is revealed.

They're working at this bar but the owner is getting ready to sell it. Naomi and Marcus really don't want it to. Naomi has a plan to save it - mocktails. One day, EJ Cortland comes in. He's a famous romantasy author but no one knows that he's a he. The owner is a big fan and they get to talking. They're hitting it off until suddenly they're not. We find out that Marcus is very cynical about love. But when Naomi walks away, he opens up to this guy about being in love with her. This guy turns out to be a tea boy. Naomi really wants to work tea into a mocktail so he invites them to come to a tasting. When they go to the tasting, the dude gives Marcus a vial of tea that he says will make someone fall in love. Marcus is like wtf. Dude is like it's like how ginger soothes the tummy. Fair enough, guy.There's this mocktail competition coming up that Marcus' rich uncle gets him and Naomi into.She decides to make a little something something that night and includes the cupid juice, which she doesn't know about. She gives the drink to a ton of people, including Marcus. When Marcus gets on stage and sings a love song to Naomi. He figures out what happens - he insists to Naomi that he was already in love with her. But they gotta go check on everyone else that got some of the drink. And they are WILDDDDLY in love.They go and they find the Cupid guy, "Hal". He is disappointed to find out that she didn't drink it, but he does give them the recipe to the antidote.It takes some time but they're able to figure out what the actual recipe. But they do, and they start giving it to everyone that drank the drink. Some of them fall right out of love, but some of them (who were really in love beforehand) stay in love.Naomi is really liking this new Marcus. She really doesn't want him to take the antidote. He is like I promise I've loved you.It's time for the competition AND THEY WIN!!!Speaking of winning, Marcus' uncle gets married - potion or no potion, my guy is in love. At the reception, Cupid is there and gives Marcus the antidote. It turns out....he wasn't under the spell of the potion at all. It takes two to tango.Naomi realizes she's in love with him too and sings him a love song too. He tells her that he hasn't been under a spell this entire time.And the good news keeps coming....their boss is basically giving them the bar. YAY! They celebrate by dancing and kissing. Tread Perilously's TV Movie month continues with Deadly Intentions ... Again? After serving time for the attempted murder of his first wife, Dr. Charles Raynor returns to the loving embrace of his second wife, Sally. She has a plan to get him back into the workforce and see his medical license restored. Raynor has other plans -- finishing off his first wife and the federal prosecutor  who put him behind bars. Will he be able to do so without the second Mrs. Raynor finding out? Also, what of his own adoptive mother, who hates Sally for baffling class reasons? Will Sally come to her senses and see Raynor has deadly intentions ... again? Erik and Justin try to figure out what happened to Fairuza Balk's character. They also try to glean the plot of the original Deadly Intentions. The cast -- which includes Harry Hamlin, Joanna Kerns, Conchata Ferrell, and Balk -- prove to be great even if the script lets them down. Erik tries to determine how much of the film is truly based on actual events. A current year appraisal makes a certain subplot far more troubling than the film intends. Erik suggests first-time filmmakers should make thrillers instead of horror movies and Justin reveals an important truth about The Traitors.
